Couldnt order online and use coupon because website was down. Called to order and said they couldnt take order because they are too busy. Offered to pick it up but wanted to beable to use the coupon I couldnt use because their website is down. But they said I couldnt do that either. Go put on hold 4 times then when I spoke to the manager nothing was solved. This location is under staffed and unable to take orders. Make me wonder if I were able to order what kind of quality would the food be.

we order from Jims 2 or 3 times a week, and have been for a while now.. I can tell from time to time that they are busy.. but then again.. I do call around lunch time.. so.. anyway.. I cant find any issues I have had with them... EVER.. I would like more toppings?? but hey who wouldnt... I have had issue witht the web page.. yes. but I am not srue if it an issue this store can correct.. I am making an order today..

Simply more than expected and delicious..good that I tried...much better than Papa Jones and pizza hut. I ordered and then about to close the call and she said it would take 45min. I asked her to cancel and then she said call us back if you change your mind as 45min is general statement. She was right, I called back to reorder and they were quick and delivered piping hot pizza in 20min.

They are awesome. Their crust is fantastic, it is not thing but not overly thick. It has great flavor, texture, and chew. The sauce has great flavor and the cheese is delicious. Their pizza is the best in the area, hands down. If they do make a mistake they are more than happy to correct it. We love Mr. Jims.

Not like the other locations. The pizza was very salty and just didnt taste like Mr.jims. The Keller location is much better.

The worst pizza I have ever had. Extremely greasy. Within 30 minutes of eating 2 pieces, I threw up. Extremely disappointed.
