Ordered my pizzas ahead of time so i wouldnt have to wait. Got there to pick them up and they said one of them didnt come out right and they needed to re-make it. Youd think theyd offer me a drink while I waited, maybe give me an order of breadsticks...just something to say sorry we screwed up and you had to wait. Same thing happened at Cicis once and they gave me the extra pizza for my trouble. No such luck with this crew...they acted like it was no big deal that I had to wait, like they were doing me a favor by making me a new pizza. If they truly did mess up on the first pizza and had to re-make it, why wouldnt they just give me the extra pizza? Its not like they could sell it to somebody else, right? I think theyre full of it. There was no defective pizza, they just forgot to make it in the first place and they didnt want to admit it. Thanks for nothing.

For the price it is outstanding. No its not high end pizza but like I said for the price it really cant be beat. It is excellent when needing to feed a lot on a budget. The deep dish pepperoni and cheese bread are higher quality and I believe are comparable to that of your other chain pizza places. I will note that I have tried several locations in the Fort Worth area and have had the best experience with this location. Anytime I have called in an order it is nice to have the phone answered promptly with a friendly, helpful employee to take my order. The pizzas have a ample cheese and may actually be more plentiful than a few of the pricey chains. For my family our recent move to the area has been even better with this locations quality and service!

There were employees making pizzas and they wasnt wearing gloves. I wanted to post a comment because one of the employee answered the phone and returned to making pizzas without washing his hands. To add on to my comment a new employee came into work without washing her hands and started working. I find it very unhealthy for customers to be eating pizza from this spot. Other than that time and service was great!

Good pizza. Always ready to go. Only 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact the crazy bread is always lame. Not enough seasoning. Sometimes no seasoning at all. Im not a call and complain kind of person, so I just dont buy the crazy bread. Ps. Crazy bread is always good at different locations. This is the only bad location for that.

My son is a picky eater and loves pizza. He had a few pieces for dinner last night and woke up with a bad case of diarrhea. Wont be going back to this location. Shouldve paid attention to other reviews.
