We ate here as a family ordering the lasagna several salads and pasta. The lasagna came out super dry on the sauce tasted like it came out of a can. The salads were brought out with excessive amounts of salad dressing on them when we had asked for the salad dressing to be on the side. When we complain to the manager we were told if we didnt like it we could leave but we would have to pay our bill. While I was in the bathroom I also noticed an employee with what look like a chefs hat and one of the bathroom stalls and then exit in the bathroom without washing his hands. Is this who is making our food? Save your money for a restaurant with a sense of dignity and respect for their customers.

I should been forewarned when we were the only people in the restaurant at 1:00 . The food tasted like it had been microwaved (even the server said "Its very hot in the middle" and was dry and bland. My daughters was equally unappetizing. This restaurant had good food when it first opened, but I would never go back. It is frustrating to spend $16- $18 person at lunch and get food that tasted like it had been defrosted and microwaved. Yuck. This review was posted on the other site in error and is most certainly not fradulent. You can check my Groupon for Monday July 31st if you do not believe me. I reposted because I thought my review may been taken down.

What a great restaurant. I was in a pinch and needed some food delivered to my mom, who was sick. They live about 10 minutes from the restaurant, but the restaurant does not deliver. When I told the manager my story, he had one of his employees drive the food out to my mom. I could not be more thankful to this restaurant for helping me in a pinch. I grew up in Texas and now live in California. One of the things I miss the most is the friendliness of the Texas people. I am happy to report that the Texas hospitality is alive an well with the folks at Patrizio Restaurant. Bonus points...my mom LOVED the food!

This place is an absolute JOKE. Chose this place when I found out the Plano location had closed for a special romantic occasion. Absolutely the worst "Iron Skillet Mussels" (which they served on a plate...supposedly they were "prepared" on an iron skillet back in the kitchen...yeah right. The signature Grilled Chicken and Mushroom Lasagna was so bad, I wouldnt feed it to my dog. And of course the tiramisu didnt exist...except on the menu. With about 8 people in the place on a weeknight, it made sense. Dont walk....RUN from this place.

So we ordered to go on 1/8/16 and my food was pretty good. I got the Gouda Lasagna with chicken, spinach and mushroom. One of my favorite dishes. However, the fettuccine alfredo my wife ordered first looked it was from someone elses plate. The reason why I came to this conclusion was the portion size was fairly small and the food was cold. Mine was very warm. So I would probably recommend ordering a more complicated dish because Olive Garden alfredo was definitely better. My food would be considered 4-5 stars but my wifes was terrible.

I really like the atmosphere here and it is surprisingly an easy place to take the family. The food is good. We have had service issues at about 50% of our visits. It usually is just extremely slow food or being forgotten. On a recent visit, the table next to us was having the same issues and we ended up bonding over the 65 minute food wait {that is 65 minutes sitting WITH three grade school aged boys}. Usually this is a great place to eat, just dont feel bad about speaking up if things dont seem to be going according to schedule.

What a great hidden gem! I went for lunch and got two courses for $7.99 and a $1 baby belinni. The food was terrific and the service was fast, friendly and helpful. I had an excellent server who introduced me to their amazing weekly specials. Every single day during the week they have something awesome going on!! Half price wine, half price appetizers and happy hour all day to name a few. We will be going back on Thursday for the $5 martinis. I cant wait to enjoy the patio when it cools off a bit!

Not bad, but when I received the spinach artichoke appetizer I was surprised to find a plastic thread baked into the bread. I returned it to the waiter, who sent the manager out to explain that they didnt bake the bread. I was even more surprised to find that I had to pay for the thread and appetizer....is it really worth going back to this Patrizio Highland Village...........NO, I dont think so. Average meal, average service and paid for something I couldnt eat.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. Only one bar tender who was never in the bar- and two servers who were trying to service the entire restaurant. A 14 top table was completely being ignored.. the person who brought the 14 people here was furious. It was a joke. Whoever owns this restaurant better close it quick, if they ever want to open another Patrizios in another location. Terrible.

Would give 0 stars but 1 is the fewest I can give. They could not accommodate my food allergy, which leads me to believe that all food there is premade because at other restaurants where they cook from scratch this is not a problem. Staff was rude and unsure of what they put in their own food. This should be against the law. If you dont know whats in your food you shouldnt be allowed to serve it.

Food is okay. Price is fair. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would only visit if I have a large party and need to accommodate a last second reservation. I would easily visit a chain like Olive Garden for same or better Italian food. If not a chain is your desire and you dont care about decor the food at Alfornos is better.

Today my friend and I decided to go out for lunch at Patrizio. What a lovely time we had! I ordered the Sicilian Salmon and she ordered the Pappagano. Both dishes were extremely delicious and full of flavor. Prices were very reasonable, service was attentive and the atmosphere was so enjoyable. Most definitely will be back!!

Service is HORRIBLY SLOW. If it is not slow while serving your food, then it will be slow when you ask for the check. This has happened on countless occasions over the years. Foolishly, I have returned periodically thinking the level of service might have improved, but it has not.

Just "wow." This place is amazing. My server, Allie, was so kind and sweet and the food was delicious! Even on a busy night, the service was excellent and I had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend if you enjoy italian food, or just a great place for dinner.

Awful service. Salad came out with very little dressing, was almost dry. Tried to get the waiter. Nowhere to be found. Took several minutes to find him. He acted irritated. Also Spaghetti and marinara tasted okay but very little of it.
