NOT returning.....Let me say...dont give the kids instructions....they wont follow them...FIVE TIMES...we have asked for EXTRA tomato sauce on FIVE DIFFERENT occasions, and it was NOT done...THIS TIME...we asked...three times...and, the young man named, David...said he did indeed put extra tomato sauce as requested. Got home...no extra sauce. Called and requested the managers phone number. The young man ARGUED with me over the phone stating HE made the pizza, and put extra sauce...First mistake...NEVER....argue with a customer...IF.. you want them to return...Called the manager...he was very nice, but from the conversation learned...they are trained to put so much on...This is what they are taught...So... why...not ...TELL... the customer that when they complain, you were trained to put...x amount on the pizza...but...you would be more than happy to give them an extra container if they should like... The manager. Carlos, listened, and said...next time... they would honor that request...However...He never offered a refund or anything. Dominoes, or Pizza Hut...always makes a pizza... however... you wish...Patrons...does NOT...unless you complain to a manager, and maybe or maybe not on your NEXTvisit will they accommodate you. After five "tries"....WILL NOT BE BACK...The reason being...when they find out we are the ones that complained...how do I know...they wont spit in my food....In the food business...you dont!!! The manager was extremely nice...but...let this be a lesson...employees...should NEVER ARGUE with a customer....If a customer takes the time to contact a manager...after ....FINALLY...several different times, and they have expressed this to you....offer them a refund... Pizza Hut, and Dominoes will have our repeat business....Its a shame because it was a good pizza....It would have been better had it been made the way..."we"...the customer requested......So they lost us over what...25 cents of tomato sauce??? No problem...we will give our business to their competitor...Its just pizza, but its the way it was handled....My own family owned retail stores for over 50 years, and personally worked in them since I was a child....This is NOT...the way we treated and valued our customers....Maybe when this is read...a lesson will be learned. Sometimes the only lessons we learn in life...are...the ones we pay for. Best wishes to all.....

I always call ahead or ,sometimes, Ill just wait. No biggie, but I may not have an extraordinarily busy, hectic life like the one you ended up having. Learn to relax, just take it easy for once. Pizza is always good, never a bad experience. I used to go to the little Caesars but the pizza was hardly fresh. The cheese always had that taste where you can tell its been just sitting under those heat lamps.

I have not been able to eat there yet because there is never any ready. I went yesterday and there were lots of people waiting so I left. Today I went at lunch . I waited a long time at counter while I watching the girls playing on their phones. I got out my phone to take a pic when they finally noticed me. No pizza ready today either. Maybe its another pizza place that says its hot and ready.

Noone answered the phone for 30 minutes..i drive up here and stood at the counter 10 minutes totally ignored...while the manager ..black dude belittled your female employee and the register. I finally walked out. Not busy...no customers just a manager ruining business for you and losing customers.

Great pizza with a great price point. Tip: Order ahead. They never have anything, even pepperoni pizza, ready to pick up. In fact, their "ready now" sign is always behind the counter instead of on display outside.. That tells you something. Get it together guys, youre fans are not that patient.

While this is one of the "cheaper" pizza chains Ive been impressed with their overall value and the taste of their pizza. If I need a decent pizza around the $5 range this is where I prefer to go. Not to mention there service is above average, Maria always takes good care of us.

Many Times Ive wanted great pizza but didnt want delivery or to drive out of my way for it. This place makes great pizzas at nice sizes, even offers an XXL size. Great quality but sometimes the wait time of 15-20 min is a killer. Worth it in my opinion.

Great, you call in your order and its ready within 20 minutes. You can get a large with ALL the toppings you want for like 10 bucks, cant beat them.
