Awful! Walked in, no customers. Girl sees me and walks back to make pizzas. Takes a phone order and walks to the back. Try to get the boys attention making pizza balls. Ignored. Girl finally comes back and looks at me sullenly. "I just want the $5 carry out pepperoni." $5.41. Hands me pizza and walks away. No eye contact. No thank you. Nothing. The pizza was good, but boy do they need to train on how to treat the people who are paying money for their product.

Kuddos to the young lady that sold me pizza 10 mins before close ... when the other location just laughed at me when he answered saying they dont sell pizza 10 mins before they close. But anywho. We usually do not use this location due to that same kind of lack of maturity and customer service of its employees. But this young lady answered the phone professionally told me what they still had to sell and sold me a pizza BEFORE official closing time.

Tried to call an order in for pickup, could not get through, so i went to place pizza order in person. Once here, I saw the lady working the counter hang up on several callers and comment "stop calling" making it obvious why I couldnt call in a pizza. While waiting for my pizza, the lady at the front counter had her friends hanging out with her turn off the open sign, an hour before close. This location is horrible...

Horrible customer service. I called at 11:35 pm on a Saturday night to place an order, and the girl who answered the phone asked me how long I would be because they close in ten minutes. They close at midnight, and I was already on my way. When I told her I was already on my way she asked if I was seriously going to order. Really? I guess not, I dont want my food spit in.

Its almost the year 2017. Someone gave me a Little Caesars gift card. So I ordered my pizza at the store. I had my mouth all ready for pizza. I gave the cashier my gift card. After many tries to run it he asked another employee how to process the payment with a gift card. He was told they didnt have the machine to process payments with gift cards...

Horrible customer service, receptionist had dirt all over her nails and you can just see the dirtiness all over her, the "manager" has the dirtiest white pants on that make her look like if shes a mechanic...she walks out to smoke a cigarette comes back and never even washes her hands....Gave me food poisoning. Please avoid coming here not even worth it.

Horrible!! If there was a way to give them negative stars i would!! Young lady in front was completely rude and didnt even have an answer as to why the hot and ready lunch special was not ready as advertised! All together just a horrible place to get a pizza. Damn sure i will never go back to that little caesars!!

I dont know why I continue to attempt to get pizza from this location. The last 5 times I have tried to pick up a pizza, they have had ZERO pizzas ready. That is the only reason people go to this place. It is poorly run and the employees just stand around talking to each other instead of acknowledging customers.

Went today at 10:00 on a Saturday 11/26/16 their were 3 young teenagers 2 boys and a girl they all looked dirty I saw the girl chewing on her finger nails at least twice then grabbed pepperonis and was spreading them on a pizza without washing her hands , the boy was texting on his phone very unclean

The young lady running the register at 12:45 on Sunday 11-6-16 was extremely rude and refused me service because I asked her to make Crazy Bread after she told me they were "out" at 12:45 on football Sunday. She acted like a 13yr old brat that you would see on the Maury Show.

Im giving this place one star cause I cant give them .5 stars the customer service sucks they talk to eachother and are on there phones for hours on end dont listen and cant make a pizza and they dont answer the phone and dont were gloves

Horrible service. NEVER hot and NEVER ready. Always a long wait. They always close early too. You can show up at 8:30 pm and they have already closed the doors. Staff is rude and place is filthy. Never going back again.

Im really impressed with the new manager, Reginald. I used to have to wait on Friday and Saturday nights for my "hot and ready" pizza, but now, its ready as soon as I order it. Its actually ready. Good job staff.

They were very understaffed last time I ordered from them. They told me 10 minutes over the phone. However when we arrived 10 minutes later they told us it would be a 10 minute wait.
