Usually I come away from this store feeling indifferent. Its not great pizza but when its 8:00 at night, its faster than cooking a full meal. I just came back from an experience that will keep me from ever going back. I show up and order a pepperoni pizza and a pretzel crust pizza (no salt). The woman at the front mocked my voice and in mid-sentence of my order, she walked away. She was replaced by another woman who was so concerned with doing a "drink run" for her coworkers that I had to repeat my order another two times. They pushed out a dozen pizzas and serviced several customers who came in and ordered after me in the six minutes they said I had to wait for my pretzel pizza. Then, after ten minutes, turns out they never cooked my pizzas. So I had to wait some more. I get home and hand off the pepperoni to my brother in law and my wife and open the box to my pretzel pizza to see that it was just a regular pepperoni with cheese sauce instead of tomato. Now, while the guy was making my pizza, he kept announcing he was making a pretzel pizza with no sauce just to appease the customer whod been waiting fifteen minutes by that point for a pizza that takes six minutes to make. So he knew what he was doing. The pretzel crust pizza is like 50 cents to a dollar more expensive than the regular pizza. So I left the store insulted, lied to, and robbed of my money. If the owner wants to apologize, Ill change my rating. Until then, Ill actively tell people to avoid this store.

Went there the other day, was packed, n 2 people got there orders before I did, n I ordered first.. Saw a guy with no gloves on, long hair no hairnet, making the dough.. Another guy itching n scratching n putting pizza in boxes.. I was like seriously thats un-sanitary..

Terrible customer service. Cashier left his post to go in the back and play around while customers were in line. Waited for a while for him to come back to take my order but decided to leave since he was "busy" in the back. Little Caesars lost a customer today....

Horrible service. Guy was rude and hateful and couldnt count. We have him 30.00. Our total was 28.29. And he said we didnt have changed. They were playing around in the back while they were cooking. We waited for 20 minutes and even then our order was wrong

Rude employees and store manager is careless. People live there at night inside the store, I live right down he street and there is always activity after midnight everyday. Dirty store and they never wash their hands. This place is garbage.

Horrible service, I asked for crazy bread and the woman in the back didnt like it. The grabbed the dough and just chunked it in the pan. Few mins later she was slamming pizza pans. I dont know how places like this stay in business.

Horrible customer service... Highschool girl at the register was laughing and being a smart ass when she rang me up. When I asked for napkins she rolled her eyes and smirked..un real!

Ordered a pizza through the phone and gave my name. When i arived the cashier sold it to someone ahead of me in line and told me they didnt receive a call. Had to wait!

The store was not open by 11:20 am, when the sign on the window says 11:00 am. Dont show up for an early lunch unless you enjoy being let down and hungry.
