Its one of the cleaner Cicis around. But you will still see employees sliding spilled salad veggies back into their respective containers from the dirty counter. Pizza is $5 buffet pizza. Didnt have ice yesterday but normally does. Didnt have the dessert pizza either. Brownies were cold. They dont ask you if you would like to order a custom pizza, just kinda depend on your knowledge of being able to do so. The busboy is always polite and "pre-busing"! Basically, its a clean(er) $5 pizza buffet. You get what you pay for.

We came in at 9, closing time says 10. I paid for a drink but they were out of tea, Which is understandable for the time, so I got a refund on my drink. Ordered a pizza with no chicken on it, got to the table and it had chicken on it. At 9:33 we were still eating, not even desert. And they put all the pizza on the buffet in the trash. They didnt even ask any customers if they wanted anything before they did it. If closing time says 10 dont close 30 minutes early. Food tasted good at least.

This was the cleanest, and most efficiently run store of the three in our area. Services always met my expectations, the keep the line stocked and the lobby cleans. Although Ive been there while busy Ive never seen it over crowded, a real gem for this chain

Its Cicis pizza, everyone knows as the low cost pizza buffet; and honestly this is one of the cleanest well operated ones Ive seen. The buffet was maintained wonderfully, and the staff extremely nice. I wouldnt hesitate to go back here again.

This is the first cicis pizza I been to that has a newer arcade room, Nice bathrooms and that does not look so run down. Steve was friendly when I walked in and made sure my family and I were happy with the food and service.

Honestly, one of the best Cicis around. I like to keep mt standards high, but as far as Cicis standards, I have yet to find a better one. Good standards, always busy, always good pizza, and customer service is good.

This is the nicest, cleanest Cicis Ive been to in DFW. They are constantly refilling and making sure the bar is clean. Im impressed by this Cicis. They even refilled my drink for me. I will be back.

When we paid , they asked us if we wanted specific pizza, we said yes, tjey gave us the little stand, we didnt get it until after more than than 30 minutes, and that because we asked for it.

The food is not bad, but the restaurant is always dirty. They dont clean the floors or the tables. If you ask them to wipe the table down, they roll their eyes.
