Fantastic ramen restaurant! That pretty much sums up this place. There are not too many ramen joints in Fort Worth and most cant hold a candle to this place. One of the best ramen places I have ever eaten. A broad menu covering all the basics on ramen and side dishes to make a complete meal. The ramen I have had is extremely flavorful with rich broth and very tastefully seasoned. The noodles are not overdone and have perfect texture. My favorite dish is the Kara Miso Ramen which is the spicy pork version and it is very spicy so fair warning. The restaurant is very clean and parking is fairly accessible if the lot is not full. Their hours are split during the day with lunch and dinner hours so be aware if looking to go mid afternoon as they are closed as well on Sundays. Overall, a fantastic ramen restaurant and my total favorite in Fort Worth!

I love this place. We usually get the same wait staff every time we go and weve never had a problem with forgotten food or drinks. The ramen is amazing, the eggs are USUALLY always cooked to perfection - and that is a hard thing to do for a lot of people at once. You may go and get an over cooked egg (they should be soft boiled), but it never hinders the overall happiness of my table. They are on top of Sake orders, on top of drink refills, and Ive shown everyone I know this place - and were always requested to go back when they visit. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Black Garlic Tonkatsu, but I also love garlic. I would rate this place a 10/10 a 100/100 because its that good.

The atmosphere is conducive to an enjoyable meal. While the place is smallish, the tables arent too close together. On a Tuesday evening at 6:30, there were some customers, but it wasnt crowded. We were greeted and seated promptly. The waitress was good. Our order was delevered after a couple of minutes. I had the Tokoyo Black, which was very good, with all of the flavors coming through. As expected in a trendy place, the prices ranged from 9 - 12 on the average. While there was a bar, and good selection of beverages, I had water so I could better taste the food.

Their food reminds me of home. Its warm and delicious and very filling. The noodles arent really the highest quality, but they more than make up for it in their broth and all the delicious slices for pork they put in the bowl, and honestly... my mom used packaged ramen noodles all the time, but made her own broth. The arrangement of food is soothing and the atmosphere is dark, but comforting. So, far its my favorite place to eat because when I do... I feel right at home. ^_^ Thank you guys for being here in fort worth.

Let me just start off with that we recently just got back from Japan so we might be a little biased..... We got the spicy miso ramen and the spicy tonkotsu, the tonkotsu broth was my fav! Like many others stated, the broth was good but the noodles could be much better. It was a little too flavorful for me but delicious non less. Wait staff was friendly, however, I felt like they were rushing us out towards the end. Overall, good food and good service!

Food is always worth the wait with little wait time. Great waitresses and waitress every time I come. Fav ramen place I have been to. Place is clean and the place is always presentable, Great dinner date place. Best ramen broth I tasted than other ramen places in the DFW area. Highly recommend this place and it´s definitely a go-to place every time when I think of eating around Downtown/West 7th. The only downside is bad parking spaces, very limited.

When I came here first, the food WAS authentic Japanese taste and the hospitality WAS good. The Japanese Chef WAS there making sure everything is authentic. I lived in Japan for many years and I know Hanabi WAS excellent. BUT NOW, EVERY MENU IS JUST A DISAPPOINTMENT. FOOD DOES NOT TASTE JAPANESE ANYMORE. MONEY IS WASTED!!! NOTE: YOU DONT MARINATE BAMBOO SHOOTS IN VINEGAR WITH SUGAR. AND THE BROTH TASTE FISHY AND SMELLS LIKE FART!!!!

Service was pretty good and our waitress was very knowledgeable with the menu and had no problem answering our questions. We ordered the fried oysters for an appetizer and they were pretty awful (heavily battered, kinda burnt, and the oyster tasted dirty... left bad tastes in our mouth) but ramen was absolutely delicious! I am so happy there is a authentic Japanese ramen restaurant in Fort Worth and we will definitely be back.

Hanging out in the Cultural District this weekend, I stopped in here to grab a quick dinner later in the evening (I just sat at the bar). The Karami Tonkotsu ramen totally hit the spot, with all the ingredients and flavors coming together to make an amazing bowl of ramen. Additionally, the bartender was attentive and enjoyable to chat with. Ill be working this place in on future visits to the area.

I had the spicy seafood ramen, totally worth! full of seafood-y stuff which went very well with my Kirin light beer. I could only finish half the bowl: not "hot" spicy- but very flavorful. My hubby had the beef potato (niku haga), it was very tasty. Very good service, the place itself is very nicely decorated and parking wanst bad at all at 5pm on a Tuesday.

Great ramen, excellent appetizers. Im a big fan of the Tokyo black ramen, its a tonkatsu ramen with a creamy bone broth. The age dashi tofu never fails to please and the okonomiaki (seafood pancake) is delicious as is the takoyaki (octopus filled pastry balls). Try the drinks, the presentation on the cold sake is gorgeous.

First came here about a year and a half ago and we have been going back ever since. Their broth is spectacular and their bowls are filling. This is nothing like the instant ramen you survived on in college! The izakaya is pretty spectacular too. Save yourself the trouble of going to Japan, it doesnt get much better than this...

Amaziiinnnggg. One of the best Ramen spots Ive ever been. I had the Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen as that is the bowl I get at most places, and I must say it holds up to even Momofuku Tonkotsu. Nice dark atmosphere, nice staff, okay drink selection. The only thing that got to me was the music, totally left something to be desired.

Hanabi is the top Ramen restaurant in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro, hands down. Im a steady fan of their Tokyo Black Tonkatsu, but all of their bowls are great. I often eat here two days a week, and I havent had enough yet. Lots of food for the value; even adding extra noodles brings their Tonkatsu to $11.50.

Great food coming out of this place. The tonkotsu ramen is fantastic and the chashu is especially succulent. I wasnt overly impressed with the shoyu ramen but it certainly wasnt bad. Try the Onigiri (stuffed rice balls) or one of the dons (toppings and/or sauce over rice) for a lighter meal.

Disappointed in the dipping noodles. Ordered extra veggies and didnt get carrots with the small addition. The dipping broth is usually more concentrated and thick at other ramen places, this was almost the consistency of their regular broth, hence wouldnt stay on the noodles when dipped.

We eat here for lunch every Monday. By far the best ramen in town! I noticed a few reviewers claim that you CANNOT take your ramen togo and that is completely wrong. We commonly ask for togo containers and they dont hesitate to bring them. Dont think twice about going here, DO IT
