Last night we went to celebrate my sisters birthday our experience was horrible. Granted we were a large party of 10 plus two high chairs we all still fit at one grill after taking our drink orders it took 20 minutes to bring the drinks out not even waters were placed on the table. The ice teas and sodas were not being refilled and both times we had to hunt down a wait staff member to refill the drinks. The empty soup and salad bowls were not picked up prior to our meals being prepared the chef was grumpy and did not perform tricks other then the volcano fire he complained to my father for taking his picture that the flash was too bright he put too much salt in the fried rice which he burned, he over cooked Medium and Medium rare steaks and how ironic he handed the Well done steaks out first?! We told the wait staff it was my sisters birthday at the beginning of the meal and still had to hunt them down to sing happy birthday. My mother finally lost her temper and asked for the manager after it took 45 min to print our checks to which the manager said he didnt understand her English and there was nothing he could do. Nothing he can do but collect a $46 payment for one person who ordered filet and shrimp and two glasses of wine! Dont waste your money here! There are many other Hibachi steak houses that pride themselves in customer service!

We are from out of town. The food was not up to par for such a fancy place. We were seated on a regular booth because the wait time for the grill was 45 min to an hour. The rice was mushy, the teriyaki chicken was hard and the amount was small and something Ive never seen before, was served over a bed of fresh cabbage??? Not seasoned and it seems they just put it there and served the chicken over it to make it seem like its a lot. The cabbage didnt even go food with the chicken.. they do serve it with California rolls and fried tempura veggies which was Good. At the beginning, the server brought out the soup and salad. It was disgusting, it looked and tastes like iceberg lettuce mixed in sugar water. The soup was miso but the server never asked us if we wanted the chicken broth or the ginger dressing salad which is what we would have chosen.. then when I asked the server to change the soups and salad to the chicken and ginger, she only brought one of each and not both for my husband and I. I am extremely disappointed in the food. I am very disappointed

The price was a little higher than I would normally be comfortable paying ($15-25 or more per meal, $9-10 for kids meals), but in the end it was worth every penny. The show was hilarious. After starting with a showy fireball, he flipped eggs, shrimp, and veggies all over the grill. This was followed by an onion volcano moving along like a train, complete with train whistle. A couple of us switched seats after the orders had been taken, but he adapted well to the new arrangement, and everyone got the correct orders - even our three children, whose different meals (there are three choices) were combined and split between them. I just now realized the waitress forgot my tea, but everything else was so good (even the water) I didnt notice the mistake. Some people who reviewed earlier complained about the portions being too small. Either the restaurant has changed that policy, or... well, whatever. We had more than we could eat. All in all, a good experience. If youre looking for a nice hibachi grill, choose this one.

Worth The Wait The restaurant establishes a pretty authentic Japanese atmosphere from the way the employees are dressed to the decor to the Japanese drums they bust out when its your birthday. The food is prepared wonderfully and deliciously, and the talented chefs really do make the cooking a show. If my phone wasnt low on battery at the time, I wouldve liked to record the cooking/performance and even post it to this review because it was that entertaining. My own personal reason as to why I didnt give 5 stars was that the wait took a bit of while from when my family and I walked in the door to when the chef actually started cooking. But I realize thats because they want to get as many people at a table to maximize the space and the chefs time. If that happens to you, I suggest you just order an appetizer from the wide variety on their sushi menu because it really is worth the wait.

Best sushi in the Arlington area. If youre looking for buffet fare, go to a buffet. This is quality food with a decent sense of class. Not 5 star, but you get near that quality without paying that price. The sushi has always been fresh, well prepared, and as adventurous as you wish to get. The service has been commendable on every occasion my wife and I have visited, which is once a month or so. However, the sushi is their forte. If you go for the preparation chefs, expect a decent meal, but expect the entertainment to be the main focus of the dinner. A tip: Most of the staff is Japanese or of Asian descent. If you want good service, be polite to them first. They always respond in kind.

The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the drinks were strong. The waiter made sure our water glasses were constantly filled and they gave generous portions of food. Best of all, they have white sauce or Yum Yum sauce, which most places do not. They also give you two complimentary shrimp along with the soup and salad. They are also very reasonably priced. After visiting, I most likely will never consider another place for hibachi. They meet all the necessary requirements, and then some. Ive been to other places, including Benihana, however nowhere compares to here. I am looking forward to the day we come back.

Got Sushi?! Here is the place to get it. We were impressed with the fresh fish - including sea scallop (absolutely superb!), and pacific oyster. Enjoyed the Flareon roll, spicy tuna, yellowtail, and eel - all tasted wonderful served by a true Sushi Chef! The selection of sake was good (which is hard to find at many sushi restaurants here). Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo was new to me and I enjoyed it. We will be back soon and recommend Nagoya for sushi lovers.

The service was poor, from forgetting part of my order to removing a chair and placing it in a very awkward place in the grill area (it was difficult to get out with the chair in the way since I was searing against the wall). The food was reasonable, though kind of pricey for the amount served (a $10 dollars order of chicken and shrimp will give four shrimps an about a dozen 1-inch pieces of chicken).

Great food overall. High quality sushi that is down to the details and if you are an expereienced eater, you can tell the difference. How I wish this place have another location in Dallas as it is amongst the best in town. Great environment too and from what I see, there are 2 party rooms that probably can accomondate parties. It is a long drive but I will definitely go again and again!

Terrible customer service. Placed order online and received and emailed that order would be ready to pick up in 25 min. Only to arrive at time of completion to find out my order was never made. Then went to place order again and tried to use a coupon that I received in the mail only to be told that I could not use it ....terrible service will not waste my time with this place
