So let me start off by saying the food was great, the atmosphere was good, and the prices although a little high were not bad for a hibachi grill. Here is what I have an issue with; Im extremely allergic to fish and when I say allergic I mean if my food touches it with a decent amount of fish juice/oils I will be in the hospital (has happened several times to me). As this is something I have lived with my entire life, I have never had an issue anywhere I went and were always very accommodating. Here is the sequence of events: 1. We order the food including sushi for my wife and our friend 2. The chef comes out and I tell him Im allergic and to please not give me any shrimp and to cook my food separately if possible. The chef gives some attitude, but no big deal. If I was a chef it probably would be annoying to hear that all the time, so I brush it off. 3. The chef then announces to the entire table that Im allergic and that he has to cook the fish last. I found this a little embarrassing, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he was just trying to give everyone a heads up. 4. The sushi comes out and we center it in front of my plate as I was in the middle; the chef then begins to harass me!!!! I then thought maybe he was joking around and giving me a hard time so then I just brushed that off as well. 5. He cooks the shrimp then throws not just my portion, but also my wifes and our friends on my plate since "i was in the middle"!!!!!! At this point I know that he is being vindictive for whatever reason. Looking back, I should have just given my plate to my wife or friend but didnt so they then began to eat it off my plate. 6. As I eat my rice, I portioned it off to the side and made plenty of room for my steak so that way he knew where I wanted it so it would not be where the shrimp had previously been. As he gets my steak, he then threw my steak right where the shrimp was!!!! I was beyond mad at this point, and my wife ended having to eat half my steak since I couldnt eat it due to contamination!!! I just could not believe this guy, Im not sure if he is always like this or if he just thought I was lying for some reason??? I still regret leaving him a 15% tip on about a $115 dollar ticket, but I was unsure of how they split tips there as the drink server was very polite. I never plan on returning here and will start to go to the one in Roanoke that is about to open up since this place seems to be more concerned with sending their customer to the hospital instead of using basic manners. I take my clients out regularly and am always looking for good places to take them to, this will not be one of those places.

Brought my Mom here for her birthday dinner, as she requested Hibachi. I read some reviews and noticed little elaboration on the experience: We were seated immediately, granted we came on a Monday (Labor Day, no less,) and at 5:00 p.m. When they reopen for dinner. The soup we were served prior to our dinner, was great. It wasnt Miso, by my recollection, but was peppery and savory with fresh mushroom slices. I was a big fan. We ordered shrimp crunchy rolls as an appetizer, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the presentation and the taste of said rolls. I really wish Id have taken the name of our hibachi chef, as he was such a joy to be in the presence of. Ive been to hibachi restaurants before where the presentation feels stale and rehearsed. This was not the case at our table. Every moment felt natural and fluid, like he was there as our own personal chef. He prepared for us an appetizer of shrimp and eggplant, the eggplant was unbelievable, the whole table (including my mother, who isnt really a fan of eggplant,) commented on how delicious it was. The entire presentation of the meal was a total joy. From flipping bowls of fried rice on a spatula, to having scallops race across the hibachi, it was a blast, and our chef was as good at entertaining as he was at preparing a great meal. Id have to say I enjoyed what was, in my humble opinion, perfectly cooked scallops. Id never had the texture so spot on. i was especially fond of the shrimp, and the chicken and steak were on point as well. I could write a novel about our experience, but In summary, I would say this place is worth every penny. And hey, if you want the best possible service, maybe dont go during a Friday/Saturday night rush, or 10 minutes before close? If you want a great hibachi experience, go when they have the time to individually entertain you and really make your food with love.

I just moved to North Fort Worth and was excited to try sushi places in the area, if you are a true sushi lover, you will be greatly dissatisfied. I tried my usual salmon, Tuna, uni, and scallops and as I watched them prepare discovered they were all pre-cut (who does that) fish quality was poor... Was pulling connective tissue out of my teeth. On top of that ordered a beef terrayaki dish to go for my husband and it only had 5 teeny tiny pieces of meat and it was Chinese buffet style quality. I will not go back. Service was great though, until she got slammed.

Not very good. Every roll almost is a California roll with something added to it. Was imitation crab, but didnt specify on the menu that it was imitation. This by far is the worst sushi place I have been to, I didnt even finish my food (which the waiter didnt ask if everything tasted ok). Anyone who likes this place has never had good sushi. Kroger has better sushi and thats sad. Looking for a great sushi restaurant go to Little Lilly Sushi. Its a hole in the wall, but has the best sushi around and the best hosts.

Food is delicious, but last time we went for lunch, we were sat at an empty grill, while the table next to us was not full, and getting the soup/salad and water. We were not once approached by a waiter, not even acknowledged by one. We sat for TWENTY minutes waiting on someone to come by, and finally got up and left. As I was waking out, the two waitresses taking care of the table next to us were sitting at another table taking pictures of each other. Will NOT be back.

Had to drop this down to a 2 star review. The quality of the food has dropped rather dramatically the last few times Ive been here. The language barrier between the staff makes asking for a simple substitute "no rice extra vegetables" a challenge. The last time I was here they even had a guy come out and start cleaning the grill while we were still trying to eat. The cleaning chemicals were steaming all over and had a nasty stench.

Typical hibachi food but they didnt have the white yum yum sauce, which is a big bummer for our family (especially the kids). Still a great place to get hibachi and while I cant remember who the cook was, he was the best cook weve ever had (excellent presentation, entertainment, and of course great food). My wife and I have had a LOT of different hibachi experiences and this dude was fantastic.
