I dont usually eat burgers & fries.... Im just not a burger & fry type of person. Its weird. But now I know where Ill go whenever I have a craving! You just cant beat the combination of options + quality that they have here. Just a couple of things about my personal experience: 1) The other reviewers are not lying about the fries....! I can eat an ungodly amount of food at times, to include (occasionally) delicious fries. But unless you are one of those athletes who can consume 10k+ calories a day, or are a competitive eater, I dont think its comfortably/naturally possible to eat all the fries. Its just not. So many fries! 2) I ordered a small cheeseburger with many toppings.... Maybe I havent eaten enough burgers, Idk; but there was nothing small about that burger! 3) The ingredients are really fresh, and they dont skimp! ^_^ Personally, I think this place beats In-N-Out hands down (and I dont mind paying a couple of extra dollars for that, especially if its only occasional).

Just what you SHOULD (but rarely can) be able to expect from a place that sticks to what it knows- burgers and fries. Fresh, juicy burgers with lots of different topping options. Incredible fries. Unlike my husband, I dont have any particular weakness for cheeseburgers (hes an addict). But the thought of the fries will lure me in any time he mentions it! I always over-indulge. I should know to just get the fries and not bother trying to eat a burger too, as yummy as they are. I end up only coming in when my husband is coming too- we order two burgers with fries, and he eats most of my burger while I eat about a third of his fries. It just feels wrong to order the fries alone when youve got a quality burger like that. lol

Despite the fact there was no one else waiting in line except for me it took nearly 10 minutes for an extremely rude employee to yell out at me that they were done taking orders because they were short staffed. He didnt even have the courtesy to apologize or look me in the eye. What kind of business stops taking orders at 12:45 in the afternoon on a weekday during lunch hour? Clearly this a place run by incompetent rude teenagers posing as adults without any clear supervision that arbitrarily choose who and when they want to serve. I hear the burgers are delicious but I guess I will never know...

I would have to say this is the best burger Ive had of all the burger joints. Although its pricey, most burger joints are these days unless you are going with McDs. The burgers are always fresh and juicy rather than cooked to the point of almost being burnt. If you get fries, you get A TON! Its not an exaggeration either. They are very liberal with it. Not to mention if you get a burger they allow you to pick and choose what you want on it. If you want extra cheese they will do it for no charge. You are definitely getting what you pay for here.

I normally like Five Guys food, but Ive consistently had issues with my orders when placed online for pick up. I ordered some food yesterday to pick up and arrived there on time. However we wound up sitting around for 15-20 min because the guy at the cash register didnt tell anyone that I had come to pick up the order. So they had to make it in a rush. Upon getting home, I found I didnt even have the right burger. Its a bummer because I really like their food! But its hard to continue going when there is always an issue with my order.

I was underwhelmed. The fries were decent but starchy. The design is the most boring one in Utah. They arent very fast. About a 5 minute wait. They allow you to build your own burger but that is too much responsibility for a newcomer. My burger tasted out of balance. The beef patties tasted plain. I wish they were char broiled. I also wish the posters were more interesting and easy to read from afar. Room for improvement.

I manage a retail store. One of the busiest in West Jordan. I have never told a customer that we are too short staffed to help them. I have also never told them this without so much as an apology, but with attitude seemingly that I as a customer are the problem to the work load. Good thing there is a Smash Burger with in walking distance that though it was lunch time, wasnt too busy to take my business.

i think i am done going to 5 guys now, foods ok, not great, and over priced, but there employees are rude, and pretty dumb. the girl taking my order was not very helpful, and acted like i was a bother, she could barley look up from the computer screen to take my money. then after waiting 20 minutes, they gave me a incomplete order. what was once good now is terrible.

5 Guys offers the standard smashed, mediocre burger with a side of overpriced, mangled fries. Its not anything like the other fast and simple burger places you might enjoy (read In-N-Out Burger), and its nowhere near as tasty as the utah-style soft-bun burger offered by B&D Burgers or Hires. Skip this place if you can; its all fail and no win.

Their burgers are decent, but fairly unremarkable. The fries are genuinely an improvement on many places, but dont compare to the rosemary fries at Smashburger. The peanut appetizers are a nice touch. But seriously, if you have peanut allergies, bring an epi-pen or two. Maybe three.

This is the best place for burgers - hands down. The fries are amazing (both varieties), and you can eat roasted peanuts while you wait for your burger. The fact that they have fresh jalapeños instead of the regular pickled stuff solidifies 5 Guys as THE BEST burger in town.

they have the best burger and fries around and and affordable they have great service and in my opinion are better then In n out if you get the chance stop and eat there and if you dont have the chance still stop and eat there you wont regret it!

There are two places in this world that have the best burgers. #2 is The Habit and #1 is Five Guys. The burgers are THE BEST. They will NEVER get old. I get mine with barbecue sauce and grilled onions. ALWAYS get a Cajun fry dipped in fry sauce

Im disappointed with any other burger from any other chain in the valley. (Sorry In N Out) Simply the best! Cajun fries are awesome. Hamburger for me, little cheese for the wife, and a regular fry with 2 waters, under 15 bucks. Every time.

Ive been going there few times a month. I just got a cheeseburger this evening and they must be cutting cost because the pattys and bun were noticeably smaller and thats for the big burger.

A great place for a quality burger! Ive never had a bad experience, the staff here is so nice and outgoing! Great burgers fries and shakes, you cant go wrong with anything here.
