Después de largo tiempo aproximadamente 2 años de no consumir en este restaurant finalmente pasamos este fin de semana y para nuestra sorpresa desde la entrada un excelente servicio, La mesera Adriana excelentísima, lo que más me agradó de su atención fue que les dio Excelente servicio a los niños atendiéndolos de lo mejor dándoles una importancia como en pocas ocasiones se mira quedamos muy conformes y la comida como nunca deliciosa que me atreví a preguntarle Quién era el chef y uno de ellos estaba comiendo en un lado de nosotros ,Muchas felicidades al chef Marcelino y a la excelente mesera Adriana y 100% recomendado del Golden Corral la dirección 1540 n. I was in There for breakfast is fairly decent but All the plates were ice cold asChange as the food hits it was cold and useless talk to the manager It might be the worst manager Ive ever experience he has No customer interaction skills I told him about the cold plates ruining the food and ask if there is any warm place he pretty much said and not these exact words who what can I say they get rid of this crazy man could have said well we could warm up a plate for you but he didnt he said Not an exact word youre crazy how can I make you go away when he should is that as we can warm me up a plate for you no problem but he didnt he said you want me to get sued because some of a burn themselves on a hot plate that it after a super hot plate I have for warm plate of a big big big difference he is not a good manager he needs to go back-to school I didnt finish my breakfast I just left

WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT. Really Rude Assist Mgr Carla and I could not believe she was a mgr .. Very Unprofessional and the Cashier Cynthia was just as bad. I complained about the extremely dried up ham and the eggs were like eating a rubber ball! Ham was cold too and had to wait awhile just to get someone to come and cut me a slice of the dried up cold ham. Not because of any line because they just walk by you and ignore you .. oh and you do have to get your own drinks at this location. The Assist Mgr had me come back in with the ticket only to tell me she will speak to the other staff when she was worse than they were about telling me to come in with my receipt like she was going to refund me .. well that Never happened! Will Never eat their Cold dried up food again! They get No stars today and Im really sure its like that everyday at this location.

Staff was not good. They did not have rootbeer as the sign out front has. The cashier didnt speak or understand English well at all, and didnt listen as people spoke to her. The chef burnt 8-10 steaks as no one manned the station. The next guy who attempted didnt know the difference between medium rare (our order).and well done (what they kept trying to give us. Besides the wait for steak, they butterflied it, and it was an uneven cooking. It was overcooked, underseasoned, and raw in some places, but dry in others. The people behind the glass didnt know chicken livers from chicken, and couldnt answer questions correctly. Our waiter, Osvaldo, was the only bright spot other than the roast. All the desserts looked bad, tasted bad, or they didnt have. We have been to this particular Golden Corral a couple of other times, and it was not nearly as bad. Tonight was an epic fail.

Worst Golden Corral Ive ever been to. The staff is so rude they wont let you out any tables together and not just that but they just hang out in the station without asking if you need anything and they wont even bother to clean the tables until you leave. If i could I would rate it a 0 but 1 is as low as you can go. And then when you first walk in your not even greated and then I believe its the shift manger just walks by throwing chairs wont even ask how your doing or even say happy Mothers Day. They all seem to be in a bad mood, like if they dont want to work then why are they here ? There selection of food is the worst there is nothing fresh and every time I seemed to get up to look for what I wanted there was never any. I would recommend to not come here and choice a different location or go over to IHOP. My server was Miriam so if you get her just expect the worst

This place sucks ass, the managers are all filthy, they look like there food, nasty , the workers are dirty too , they eat the food in the back and dont even wash there hands , they need to close down the place and investigate, the managers flirt with the waitresses bealive me I worked there cooking stake. Times I would just see how horrible the food was, I couldnt believe people would pay such huge prices for crap, specially Sundays , if anything yall need to stop eating here , I worked there for a year and saw all and everything and how horrible management is with the customers and employees .

I have to say, I came to this location probably 4 months ago for dinner and was pissed at the quality the food was. But walking past yesterday I had a gut feeling to try it again since I believe in giving second chances. I came for breakfast 2 days in a row and left happy and full. Everything was on point and nothing was lacking. The place was clean, The attendants were friendly and checked in on you mid meal. Ill come back soon and try dinner service since thats where I had the error. Also Dewaylon the cashier is a charmer. He made me feel so welcome the times Ive visited.

Honestly wish I could give no stars. Weve gone to different locations throughout the years and have had a few tough experiences with this brand, but yet keep coming back for the options available and the pricing. Tonight however, we had multiple issues. The food was cold, they false advertised steak and shrimp being available and one of the workers claimed they "ran out" at 5 on a Saturday. The mashed potatoes tasted like urine. Quite frankly it was god awful. Thankfully the manager gave us our money back and apologized.

My husband and I went to this Golden Corral yesterday and both of us woke up today with food poisoning. This has been the worst Golden Corral we have ever been to. Mesquite Golden Corral is way better and best of all, we dont get food poisoning from there. We went to Cockrell Hill Golden Corral because we recently moved nearby but that was the first and last time we go to that location. Next time we will drive all the way to Mesquite Golden Corral where food and service is way better.

Food was ok I guess but the restaurant needs a good cleaning all around. Bathrooms were nasty. Broken toilets, doors and stuff all over the floor. In the main area there is food everywhere, tables sit dirty for a while, clean plates werent clean at all and neither was the silverware. Staff either doesnt speak English or is just plain rude. Was soo not worth the money we spent to eat there at all. Will not be going back to this one ever again!!!
