Pésimo servicio cuando llegue cheque el menú pedí agua de Melón de tomar no tenían, pedí una coca cola la mesera se fue y regreso diciéndome que no había, lo que al final me molesto y pregunte que era lo que tenían entonces?? Después de eso medimos una mariscada para dos nos tradición la Charola con la mariscada y ni siquiera nos dio platos pensaba que no lo íbamos a comer de la Charola? Los camarones sabían horribles no tenían sabor, me termine me bebida y pedí otra se llevó mi vaso y lo volvió a servir? Osea porque el mismo vaso? No horrible no vuelvo a regresar ahí.

HORRIBLE service This is my first time writing a review we got here before a table that was next to us and they were helped first.....it took 20 min to ask us what type of drinks we wanted then it took 20 min to get our Drinks and chips 1hr to get our food and they didnt have my plate so I had to wait, everyone finished their food and i didnt get my plate after awhile the waitress remembers and asked me if i got my food i said no and to just forget it. The table did not have napkins when i asked for some the lady gave me a mean look. We asked for another drink and took 20 min to let us know they didnt have the kind my dad wanted and more min. to get whatever they had, my mom also asked for a drink they didnt have it so she asked for another type and finally she said whatever you have is fine. Maybe if the waitress would have asked how we were doing they would have notice i didnt get my food. Las meseras ni te pelan!! I talked to the manager he just said "You have all the right to be angry, im sorry" I wanted to treat my parents but wasted my Time and My money!!! and gained a bad day.

La comida sta buena y el lugar nada mal pero la verdad que problema con las meseras se te va asta el hambre nomas de verlas puras carotas te ponen asta para ordenar y pedir como si estuviera uno pidiendo regalado "muy despotas"muy mal servicio solo para vender bebidas alcoholicas y cobrar hay si te dan una buena sonrisa ni siquiera un peni d propina se la meresen. Falta de organizacion. Se entiende pues estan cortos de perzonal y apenas adaptandose a su nuevo lugar de trabajo, necesitan de una resepsionista mas mobida pues mucha gente parada y algunos que se fueron y adentro muchas mesas vacias. Mas comunicasion entre meser@s y resepsionista para cubrir las areas vacias en lo que se completa su equipo de teabajo. Es mi opinion personal. Todo muy lindo.

It was probably just a bad day, but probably the worst experience ever at a restaurant, bad service waitress took forever, got our appetizer wrong, asked her to change the tv like 6 times during the hour and a half I was there, which she never did, took an hour to get our food, called the manager, and she tried making it up by giving us a bucket of beer, and brought out the food within 5 minutes, the food was all cold, fried shrimp was cold, flautas were basically frozen and all wet, told the manager to touch them, and even she couldnt "believe it" she tried apologizing but we had enough by then , lol and to top it off, I ordered a cocktail shrimp, asked for extra avocado, they told me they couldnt give me extra, I told them to charge me for the extra and they said they couldnt

Its true the music is too loud. I had to keep leaning in and speak loud. We ordered: Seasoned Oysters they came with crab meat, which was so yummy & the Super Mariscada for 2. Proportions were good. The only thing that was okay was the cocktail. Everything else was delicious. The group of men and 1 woman they had singing sang good. Also we asked for Michelada that came with shrimp and the extras but that we would have to wait 15 min so we just got the plain micheladas. (We visited the New location next to Bazzar. Its very big so doubt theyll be much of a wait)

la comida esta bien el trato del personal bien. pero lo q esta de horror y de espanto es ese horrible ruido. ponen jente q no sabe ni cantar y el volumen de la musica esta exesibamente fuerte no puede uno ni platicar pokito no dejan escuchar nada

Me encanta ir a La marea porque la comida está deliciosa, te atienden muy anables, hacen placentera tu visita y aparte tienen música muy bonita..Cantan las personas que quieran ...Es un ambiente muy lindo...

Took 15min for our drinks to arrive, Blue Maragarita tastes like Cheap Tequila w/water it LITERALLY made me puke. Food arrived cold forgot the side dishes and had to remind the waitress for everything. Got my tab before I even received my water I had asked for 10min ago didnt even make it 2 block before I threw up the food we had to pull over up the hill. 1st & Last time never again! HORRIBLE!

the shrimp cocktail was good but some of there shrimp latest werent cooked all the way and they tasted weird and they brought my kids burgers ok and the fries were cold and the "chicken nuggets" were slivers of cold chicken and the fries were cold too . also charged me 12 bucks for a small wine sized cup of shrimp cocktail

I would give this place no stars. It took them more than 1 hour to bring us our food. And when they brought the food it was cold. My flautas were FROZEN. Bad service, bad food. Agua chiles are made with artificial lemon.

Worst place ever. Waiters are horrible. Wont even open bottle when you ask them 3 times and they have a bottle opener in their own hand. Do not recommend worst place to eat ever. Even in their new bootlegged location.

Food was great, but the service is very slow! Theres sometimes kids running around the place, there needs to be a policy of telling parents to keep their kids in check instead of causing mayhem around the restaurant.
