This place is so disgusting! For starters it smelled like dirty mop water when we first entered.the only reason we stayed is because we were starving and had been riding around for hours trying to decide on a place to have lunch. The greeter was pleasant, but they were out of lemonade and she said my server would bring it to me but it took forever to get a server. On top of that it was a horsefly dying at our table that the server was attempting to smash WITH HIS HAND and I convinced him to use the napkin instead. This was clearly our cue to leave the establishment then, but again we were already starving. The food was good aside from the fruit that did not look appealing at all. The plates and utensils here also looked very old and tarnished I wouldnt be surprised if they have been using the same plates since the establishment opened. The carpet where we sat was also ver dirty and looked as if it had not been vaccumed EVER! The only reason I gave this two stars is bc our server was nice and offered me a large to go cup since the adult glass was so small and I kept finishing my drink so quickly. We will not ever be returning here its so disgusting.

I read the negative reviews on here and I think "Geez... whatd you expect?" Its Golden Corrall. It is inexpensive for what you get. The food is good, but not gourmet or even top of the line. For $13 bucks a meal you get a wide variety... whomever put on here that GC needed more variety — well, I am impressed with that very strong expectation. I dont work for GC and I am not paid to put this here, I was just annoyed at all the critics who somehow think negative feedback is the way to change. Basically this is the cleanest GC I have ever been to. I do not go for grass-fed organic beef or hormone free chicken. I do not go when I have already consumed all of my calories for the day. I go because my kids love it and although I would prefer they not attempt to stick their open mouths under the chocolate fountain drip [critics, dont waste time blasting me... I am kidding]... I go because it is a cheap getaway when I have coupons. If you want grassfed, do not go to Golden Corrall or you will be disappointed. But the steak does taste awesome. If you want hormone free, I am sure there is a Whole Foods somewhere nearby that would love your business.

This was the WORST experience at a Golden Corral EVER!!! The food was not warm.. the food looked left over as well. We arrived at 12p on a Sunday (11/29/15) and the food looked HORRIBLE. I could not even eat anything other than salad. I attempted to eat a steak which was WAY under cooked and RAW... after the fact of asking how I wanted it cooked. I do realize I was at Golen Corrall and not III Forks, but for the cost of the buffet it could have been way better. I ended up throwing up and having severe stomach problems all day long afterward. I called to talk to the manager "Maria" and she told me to take myself to the ER and bring her my doctor bill and she would "THINK" about giving me my money back OR replacing my meal. After I asked her what her managers name is she spelled off some LONG name that I couldnt even in my imagination come up with.... just completely tried to insult my intelligence.. I am SO upset with this location of Golden Corral... the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was reading all of these negative reviews and people really exaggerate big time... idk if they wash there mouths but how can soda taste like booty? Its ridiculous if you want a 5 star dine in restaurant with gourmet food and fine dining you are coming to the wrong place here you pay $14 but you have more than 300 combinations to eat from is a place where theres something for everyone i have a big family and its affordable for us the staff is great tell me one restaurant thats perfectly clean and has never had a pest problem you cant think of one because they all will have one at least once since they open its nature they cant put a wall around and block whats outside people will cook and there house with roaches but come here and get gross out seriously guys grow up.... anyways I been a customer for years and I never had a problem I enjoy everything and the managers are always polite and attentive... if I could give more than 5 stars I would...

I really hope someone reads this before they eat here! First, we received a coupon online so decided to come use it and they refused to take it becuase they claim not to be part of the corporate chain. This was the worst buffet experience I have ever had in my life. The food was not warm. We asked for a piece of steak and were not expecting a high quality meat but what we got was 80% hard fat. We asked for a new piece and what we got tasted okay but we completely lost our appetite after smelling the strong musty smell. Every food item on our plate was wrinkly and dry. My favorite thing on my plate was the artificial mashed potatoes as terrible as that sounds. We complained to the manager and he said "well everything is refreshed now and then" and did not offer monentary compensation. Today, I walked out feeling disgusted, embarrassed, and empty stomached. Please do not EVER eat here.

Bueno la verdad siempre me gustaba ir ya que de unos días en dos ocasiones la atención es muy muy pésima en lo de es la comida grill ya que no les importa que la gente espere por un pedazito de carne y luego ya que si tienes que pedir un pedicito más tienes que esperar 15 minutos... No vale la pena ..Y el supervisor mexicano le falta ética profesional y una inducción de atención al cliente al igual a los patrulleros...

I would give this place 5 stars but there was a tiny problem. I had a coupon for $11.99 weekend buffet with a drink purchase. I originally thought the coupon included a drink but I was wrong. However, the cashier ended up giving us a $5 discount since the coupon (somehow) didnt work. At least I and a friend got a cheaper price but still pretty high in price than what we have thought. I would have to say I want to recognize a server, Juanita, as she had went out her way into serving me and my friend and was very friendly and courteous. Another man, Mark, had recommended a steak and it was simply amazing! So that night, it was okay for the price but the employees there went out of their way into pleasing their customers and provide excellent customer service. Keep it up!

The food was good and they kept the buffet well stocked. The issues we had were with using a coupon found on the company website for this location. The cashier said they do not honor coupons unless they are printed out on paper. However, the coupon itself instructs the user to just show the coupon, but not specifically to print it. When we asked why we had to print it out, the cashier up and left her station to grab her manager. The manager comes over and says we dont honor images from the website, then promptly leaves. So major point loss for customer service there. Also, there was a prevalent musty urine like smell inside as well. I have been to Golden Corral restaurants in rougher areas, but had a better experience.
