Avoid this place at all cost. Do yourself a favor and head to pluckers; its only a few minutes up the street. I told corporate to contact me and they have not and this is 2 weeks ago so I can see they dont care. You may end up paying a small amount more but there is a reason pluckers has lines of people waiting and this wingstop does not. I made the online order for a 75 piece family pack and added a few items. When I picked up my order I was read it back to me and it was correct. I glanced in the 3 bags I was given and it looked correct. Unfortunately when I got home I was missing items. So I had to go back up to the restaurant to pick up my missing items. Which in turn made me get home to my previous order with everyone else having already ate and my items being cold. The seasoning on my Louisiana wings was minimal at best. They lacked any flavor because there was just not enough seasoning to even add color to them. When I went back to get my items I also added more dipping sauce because for the amount of wings in the package I assumed the ones we were getting were going to be large not regular, but once again my order was wrong and I got 2 small containers. Along with my extra sauces I asked for a large carrot and a large celery stick. Instead I got a normal mixed container by this point I was disappointed and irritated that I didnt bother get them to fix it because it would more than likely be wrong as well and a waste of time. I paid over $7 for 2 small personal sauce and thats unacceptable regardless of if I decided my self not to have it fixed because I already lost all faith in the establishment. If there is ever a next time Ill make sure to buy a bottle at the store which will still be cheaper and I know Ill get the correct size.

Ordered a 50 pc online, paid for the order on line, site said order would be ready in 18 min. We arrived at the wingstop about 25 min later, walked up to the counter & staff behind the counter had no recollection of my order. Then after ten min of looking he finds it. So they didnt start making the order till that point. Had no apologies from the staff and they proceeded to literally throw my entire order in the bag to the point it was busting out of the bottom of the bag. Unfortunately yhis isnt my first bad encounter with this particular location. I come from the restaurant industry, AGM, to GM now run my own in east TX. Sounds like this location needs a new GM and front of the house managers to manage there staff........

Las alitas parecen de avestruz... los sabores de salsas son buenos xq tienen variedad pero el pollo es como viejo y tiene mucha piel y por dentro aun tiene como sangre seca ... no me gustaron para nada... el apio me salio con tierra como q no lo limpian bien antes de empacarlo.... y pague mucho dinero x algo q estaba horrible...

Its a better deal when you get the platters. Lemon pepper is the best but the garlic ones are awesome, too...as long as you arent planning any important face-to-face meetings the next day! This location is always friendly, polite and fast! I usually take mine to go back to the house but the atmosphere is nice just the same. Big flat screen to watch the game and everything!

I find it funny how most customers complain on how the food takes long or their food was just "thrown" in the bag, KNOWING for a fact 9 times out of 10 theyre busy all the time.. stop complaining, you dont wanna wait? Go to Mcdonalds or actually cook something. I mean if you want wings but dont want to wait just eat them raw...

We put 5 stars so everyone can see it. We never had a problem with this Wingstop until now when we order a 24 pack and 8 of our original where UNCOOK, we could see still red blood vein (which they should be black), inside the wings they still had blood, and the meat was all elastic and chewy, worst experience ever.

Order was placed on counter and wrong name was called out. Cashier that I paid for the wings with looked at the order and walked away. 5 minutes later he shows order to other cashier who then tells me that this is my order. No apologies just pushes is to me.

The service is so bad,I make my order and they say this;you order going to be ready in 17im, OK then after 17 min they say,give me an other 10 min,OK, and after all that, they give me the rong order, and is no the first Time.

Chaos. People arguing over seating (very limited available), people "ordering ahead" from the back of the line getting food prioritized. Worst part was, the food wasnt even tasty... They rushed and it shows.

Theyre alright. Food seems to take a very long time to come out and fries are seasoned with something that tastes like granulated sugar and hard to eat. Wings are good when they finally come out, though.
