Depressing atmosphere when you walk through the door. The employees are very quiet. And dont aknowledge your presence. And despite multiple employees making eye contact with me and saying nothing to each other. It took nearly 10 whole minutes of waiting before having my order taken. It did not take long for my order to come to me, though. After the fact, However upos taking my first bite, it was borderline lukewarm, not hot, as if it had been sitting out for a while just waiting to be served. From the point of starting my meal i was not spoken to or recognized from that point on, as Ive experienced otherwise in many other quick service resturaunts. Do not expect them to aknowledge your exit or tend to you once you sit down. Overall Id say this location is not worth coming to. Especially if its your first time.

The bald man with glasses and a mustache taking my order was extremely rude. Terrible customer service. I wanted to order one meal To-go and one meal to eat at the location. He said thats not possible and would not accommodate that request. He then proceeded to place my order before asking whether I wanted a "big" or "regular" and he entered regular so I simply asked if he could make it "big." He then rolled his eyes and got upset with me for not specifying the size before he incorrectly assumed what size I wanted. I recommend avoiding this place unless you want to be treated poorly and disrespected by their service.

Good quality burger. Had the avocado bacon and sweet potato fries. Definitely not a fast food burger but didnt take long for us to get our meal. I did ask for a side of ranch that the they never brought to me after saying it twice. We were here for lunch and there was maybe 5 other people in the place. They do have some outdoor seating, place was clean. Only one toilet - odd for a place that would likely have more business during peak times. Good experience!

The host that I have encountered there whenever I go is the most self important jerk. He always ignores you when you walk in and when he does finally acknowledge you, he is stuck up and impatient. The last time I went in I was with my grandmother who is almost non verbal due to dimentia. He kept sighing and looking angry because it was taking a little while to figure out what she wanted. We werent holding up a line or anything. Nobody was in the place..

The food was good, BUT: Asked for lettuce burgers, like at Mooyas. They tried to accommodate us, but did a bad job. They put the burgers on a single piece of lettuce. The kids meal was just flat out bad. Asked for grilled chicken strips and got a flattened chicken breast that had kind of been sliced into almost strips. This place is ok as long as you dont ask for anything special. Considering their prices, I would go elsewhere.

This is now one of my favorite places to eat lunch. Great burgers. LOVE the haystack onions. I think the volume of customers was perhaps more than they expected as I think theyre suffering from too much demand. The line is often out the door and it may take 10-15 minutes just to place your order. If you have the time, its worth it - I just try to beat the rush which runs in waves but starts before noon on weekdays.

3 stars only because the customer service could use an improvement. Stood there looking at the menu and no one greeted us, just stared at us blank faced. Also I noticed inside of the kitchen, the walls look greasy and oily. Not very appealing with a partially open kichen. Could use a good wipe down every once and awhile

I would give a 5 for the food, but the TO go service is horrible ....Added Xtras like mushroom or eggs ...They will charge you but it wont there in you to-go bag :(. Which suck so badly ...it happened for me four F*ing times...Not going back for To-GO ever again to this place

Coppell, Texas . I ordered at 11:50. Food arrived by 12:00. My buffalo burger was made incorrectly. So I ate my veggie fries and waited. 40 minutes later I get my buffalo burger remake and it doesnt have buffalo sauce. But hey, if I ever return I have a 5$ off coupon.

The burgers are good and the smashfries are great. Best burger around the price range, around $9.50 with drink and fries. Of course you can something cheaper at McDonalds or Whataburger but those are not the same. This places competes with five guys and Applebees.

OBSESSED! I have now tried almost every burger on the menu and love the smash fries! Excellent customer service and fast process for picking up online orders. Way better quality food than drive thru burger places. Try the smash fries and change your life.

Food was excellent, service was a bit slow at the front counter for us but it appeared our cashier was someone new. Definitely recommend the Smash fries, upgraded our combo for an extra $0.20 and it was some of the best fries Ive had

Good food nice atmosphere but poor service, one server spilled buffalo sauce on my shirt and pant it kinda made me feel bad he offered me a napkin to clean it but stain may stay. I dont wana come back. After that incident.
