Angriest Whopper: First and foremost, I cant stand Burger King. Their food is just horrid. However I take hot challenges personal. So I decided to see what this was all a-boot. After the "WOW ITS RED" factor wore off I told my digestive system that everything was going to be ok and that wed not eat another BK food item again for a long time. After some back and forth with my gut, it gave in and we proceeded. I took my first bite and waited. I waited for what seemed like a normal amount of time for something as angry as this thing has been hyped up to be, that something should have registered. Nothing. I proceed to eat more. More and more. When is the hot supposed to kick in? Just to make sure my taste-buds werent Fd up, I dipped my fries into some regular yellow mustard. Well theres something. I mean, its mustard so its not like hot or anything. However I can taste something. OK so my tasted was functioning. Back to the angriest burger. Nothing? WTF!?! BK, you somes-o-bitches!!!! You lied to me! Then it dawned on me! Its not the burger thats supposed to be angry, its the customer. Well played BK...well played. You found a way to get a small customer grouping back to take their money for shoddy food in return. Well to that I have to say, you got me. Now Im off to see what color poop I create from eating this thing. That was after all one of my agreements that I promised my belly wed get out of this challenge.

Walked over there with 3 children to get ice cream. When we entered there were some rowdy teens we avoided while kids were seated. It was hot inside. I approached the counter which took a little long for service and there was nobody else there or in the drive-thru. Ordered and paid for ice cream. Then, a manager said the machine wasnt working. She had just been cleaning it so may have shut it down. In any case it was only about 4 p.m. Made me wonder if the shift was changing because it was too early to close the restaurant. I could not get what we wanted so got a refund and left. I will NOT visit to eat inside again however, I have experienced great service via the drive thru.

Customer service was awful....not greeted by any employee when we went to order at the counter. Many employees walked past us not even acknowledging we were there. Rude staff and wrong order. No one would even pay attention to us at the counter when we went to get the other burger that was not given to us. No apologies either. There was not anyone else in the restaurant at the time. The worst Burger King food I have tasted. Old and cold food. I will not go back again.

Sign on the door says open until 11pm, always closed by 10pm. If I could give no stars I would. Knocked on the door to see if they were open, an employee peeked around the corner but ducked back when he saw me. When they are open, the fries are always stale and tasteless. None of the locations in Lewisville are all that good.

The worst case of racial discrimination ive ever seen. They tried to ban my son from the store becase a black kid came in the store with a bb gun. I asked for specific answers and by the end they couldnt positivity say it was him but since it was a black kid he cant come back.

They had a computer error when we went and instead of making us wait for them to fix it and pay they just gave us the meal for free. Offered to pay in cash instead and we were waved off and told to just enjoy the meal and this pretty day. And we almost went to McDonalds...

This place sucked stopped there to grab something to go it wasnt even a complicated order it took them 15 minutes to even realize that I was still waiting on my order than I still had to wait for them to make my food which took them another ten minutes service was horrible

Absolutely horrible!!!! They completely messed up drive thru order. After I got home and tried calling location, phone number on receipt didnt work nor did a DIFFERENT phone number listed on the internet. Stay away from here!!!

Service needs work also the Whopper was blah! Also their was no ketchup in dispenser. Had to ask for some. And their was no paper towels in mens restroom. Today is May 25 2017 at 2:00 pm. Will not come back!

Good atmosphere. But the childrens area was freezing cold. The air was on in there temperature outside is 34 degrees. The employee working told us "corporate" controls the thermostat. Geez

I was told that they ran out of whopper patties whopper Junior patties the only thing that they had was fried food. How can you call yourself Burger King and have no burgers?
