This was the worst Popeyes I have ever had in my entire LIFE. I have never written a review before, but today is a DIFFERENT day. They are 1. SLOW 2. The food is TERRIBLE 3. They dont even answer you at the drive thru 4. It looks like a maximum security prison 5. They Got the order wrong. 6. It made me throw up 7. It was more rice than red beans. I would wouldnt give them 0 stars, in fact! I would not suggest eating here even if you were in dier need of food to survive. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS POPEYES CHICKEN, BECAUSE IT IS DISGUSTING.

This was as always a bad experience. I love the chicken but every time I go to Popeys the service is terrible attitudes...how are u out of Ketchup...one time the girl taking our order at the drive through just walked away in the middle of us ordering needles to say after driving 10 mins out of our way we got no chicken that night. The one star is because when we do actually get our food it is good,but what you have to go through to get it is unbelievable. How much abuse can u take for some chicken?

I did not get what I ordered. The sizes were all medium when I was supposed to get large. When I brought this to their attemtion, they claimed it was large. Then I ordered a large gravy. They gave me small claiming it was a large because there was 3 scoops in the cup. Had to pay for another small gravy. Told me that the only way to get a large comtainer with gravy in it would be to order a large mashed potatoe with gravy. Manager was rude. Will not be going back to this one.

I was in a hurry stopped here on my way home. The advertised price on the commercial is more than whats been advertised. My order was completely wrong. Then when I called a voicemail comes on. I dont want to leave a message I wanted to speak to someone to find out how they were going to handle this situation. Thats why I dont go to Popeyes. Ive only been there 3 times. Everytime my order is messed up!

The staff was RUDE nasty and unprofessional to my husband today, they pulled him and another driver up to the front of the building and FORGOT ABOUT BOTH THEUR ORDERS. Even the manager was unbelievably dissrespectful, the food was cold and the chicken was rubbery by the time we got our order. I will NEVER eat at this location again and they need to hire NEW STAFF that know what professionalism is

I havent eaten fast food in years, partially because the service is absolutely deplorable. Someone asked me to stop by Popeyes to grab them a meal, and when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised! The woman at the counter actually had a beautiful demeanor, and the staff was prompt and attentive. I applaud you Cherry St Popeyes.

The food was good unfortunately they got my order wrong and shorted me one of my wings which my wife had ordered along with a chicken breast but she thought she change the order with the chicken breast and then when I called to complain she act like she could care less so Im done with Popeyes on Cherry Street boo

The food was good, as expected. They seemed short staffed. The staff member who was taking orders was also expected to go all around the kitchen doing things while there were other people in line waiting to order. Also witnessed this staff member forget to include requests for two separate orders.

Order was way wrong. Added BBQ and Garlic sauce on recipt but didnt get it. Instead of my Spicy chicken she put Mild and instead of my Cajun Fry side she put Red Bean Rice but gave me Green Beans. Lay off the crack pipe Chastity S. and get my order right.
