Los empleados no trabajan bien entras no saludan toman las ordenes mal me cobraron 5 veces la misma cantidad y tuve que esperar 5 dias para que el banco me devolviera mi dinero. Ellos nunca se asen responsable al sistema le echan la culpa. El manager no quiso ablar conmigo. Le colgo ala empleada que no iva ablar conmigo. Nunca ai manager el servicio al cliente es pura basura.

The foods ok but the service is worse than the commercials and black ceilings?? Atleast put a good vibe to make up for the service, restrooms unsanitary and it took me 5 mins to place my order when there was plenty of workers in the back 2 were on their phone but finally got my sandwhich after 15 mins...looking more soulless than the people in the back but atleast the patty was kinda warm and the cheese only had like 10 shards of ice but no wonder the foods so cheap i feel like the only people that actually eat there weekly are teenagers that just bought a 1 bedroom apartment in cleveland and

I usually go through the drive through, it takes them three or four times of me ordering before they can get it right even when I give them a coupon code. This is the fourth (4th) time I have had a problem with the drive through lady. Working fast food is NOT rocket science and should not be this difficult. I went inside one day... WHAT A MESS!!, food and wrappers all over the floor. No condiment station, no drink lid holder, this place looks like something right out of the game Fallout4. I will NEVER EVER EVER eat at this establishment EVER again.

Does this location even have a manager? Walked in just now, not greeted, no one Even came to the counter to take our order. The people stared at us and just kept frying food like we werent there. Even though there were several customers waiting they also moved like they we completely unmotivated. Time to clean house at this location and hire a REAL manager. This is not the first time Ive experienced zero customer service from this place.

The food gave me food poisoning. I had to leave work because I was constantly barfing. I got home and slept but each half hour had to run to the bathroom. To add insult to injury the cashier (black male, early 20s) looked high as an airplane. To further add insult to injury I drive manual imagine driving home holding a log in! Very disappointed in this location let alone Burger King. Never coming back!!! You have been warned!

Sadly, I have to say this location has given me the lowest quality over a large period of time. BK is my favorite burger join, but this location gives wrong orders, mis-interpreted orders, and once even skipped giving me a receipt (no joke). Out of love for BK (and the nearest location) I continued to give this location a 4th and 5th try, but alas I have to go for an inferior chain because I can not rely on this place.

I agree with Austin below. I live in this area and my son loves BK. But the staff is lacking in so many ways. Im all for immigration, but if youre going to put people on the drive through to take orders, they REALLY need to be able to speak and understand ENGLISH. This is the cause of many of their other problems. Their wait times are unusually long for no apparent reason lots of times as well.

This burger king used to be good food and quality, now it has gotten very bad to the extend that always finding hair and nails in my burgers and fries not just once but 3 different times that I came with my family. Went to complain about it and they didnt care at all. Disgusting restaurant if you can call it a restaurant. Probably the workers dont even wash their hands before cooking.

Drive thru lady was too busy complaining about the customers to even check the order. Practically shoved it through my window. Took her frustrations on a guy behind me ordering on me. Food was at least hot but cmon i ordered chicken fries meal and hot a drink and chicken fries. No regular fries. I wont be back again

Ive had it with this place, the workers are beyond incompetent. I dont know why or how these people are hired when they clearly dont know enough english to run a damn restaurant, what a joke!! Also theres almost always an unusually long wait for your order.
