This place was just bad. I definitely am not "that guy" , but this night shift was horrible. On top of them messing up my order completely, they lack plain common hygiene. I didnt even eat my burger do to A. Them messing it up (I did not inform them of the situation) and B. THEY DIDNT USE GLOVES. Uniforms used to be about tucked in shirts, clean uniforms, and WEARING GLOVES. NOBODY HAD GLOVES ON. AT ALL. This female staff member picked this guys ear, not even kidding, then touched a bun from a burger, with no gloves. Made the whole burger with no gloves. Tables were not cleaned, trays were JUST wiped, not cleaned and trash everywhere. Like what in the hell? In the 10 minutes I was there, three other people walked back in to inform them that the staff messed up the orders. If it was busy, Id understand, but the restaurant wasnt busy. Just sheer laziness. Only reason it got 2 Stars by me is the fact its Whataburger and ALWAYS tastes good. From what I saw in just 10 minutes, I cant even imagine what they do that I dont see. Just bad.

Worst location in the DFW area. Chose to dine in and that was a huge mistake. Waited well over twenty minutes to get 2 burgers a side of fries and some rings. Theyre werent many ppl working so we were patient. My wife finally deceived to go and check on our order and was ignored at the counter by both the associate and the manager. After a few minutes I walked up and was immediately greeted by the manager. I asked him to look at our ticket to see how long it had been open. He wanted to know if we had at least gotten our drinks yet?!!!! At that point I was so extremely frustrated and annoyed having waited nearly 30 minutes, that I asked for a refund and left. Next time choose any other location than this one. Homeless ppl sleeping in the dining room. Parking lot was a trash covered mess and food that youll never receive.

The problem with the 2 police officers has been resolved. They were not Lewisville officers, but were working security in the area part-time. The person who refused service was the manager and has been fired by Whataburger. To Whataburgers credit, they did release an official apology and set up a meeting to discuss the situation with the 2 officers. This seemed to be an instance of one person being an idiot, but it sure flamed a lot of hatred on these posts. As to the rating, I havent visited this particular Whataburger (bad location), but the rating reflects the poor personnel hiring policy of Whataburger. I actually think most Whataburgers products are ok if you go to one in a good location.

My wife picked up some dinner after work on a Saturday night. My meal was supposed to be a Whataburger with bacon - we were charged for that and it was indicated on the receipt. However, when we unwrapped the food at home, I got a cheaper sandwich. I get it, mistakes happen. I did, however, want the difference back. I called and spoke briefly to the manager, Marvin. Marvin was clearly busy, which he indicated by sighing at me in annoyance over the phone. After asking me to call back when they were less busy, he begrudgingly took my number to give me a call back. Never got that call.

After purchasing two meals and a coffee at 1:00 a.m. I fell asleep due to not having anywhere to go till 8 p.m. It was freezing outside and the wind chill made it even worse. We asked to leave the store by a little Mexican fellow and the reason was because he had regularscoming in.Yet he did not say anything to a young man who was stretched out on a booth across the lobby, this is unfair and is inhumane to treat paying customers in this fashion, I will not be returning to this location.

Out of town customers here. Literally just watched the manager of this restuarant use the same gloves to bring us our food, take someones order, change the paper towels in the bathroom, and then go back to making food. Major lack of education in sanitation. Gloves are to be changed with every new activity. Im disgusted and will never be back to this location. We get What a Burger everytime we are in Texas and we are highly disappointed.

Drove 1400 miles from Virginia....stopped at this Whataburger...simply delicioso....awesome burgers, fries, and the best coffee shake.....open up a Whataburger in Virginia for crying out loud!!! Try the burger with fresh Jalapeño slices, its to die for.....AC is nice and cold on a 98 degree day in Lewisville TX. This place has a friendly crew and the bathrooms are extra clean! Come and visit!

Everyone here has always been so attentive and very kind with great food! Ive been coming here for 10 years without a problem. News media portrayed this location very poorly and did not get the full story. Ask any locals and they will tell you the same. Take it from people who eat here and not just some random review who saw a misleading news report.

lewisville has the worst whataburgers in tx. ive lost all hope for whataburger. foods never hot when you get it. the fries are mediocre. its like they cook the burger and put it back in the fridge . whats up with these buns that have like a white growth on it, they say its normal and perfectly fine to eat. its just not appetizing .

This is the location that refused service to two police officers. This particular location doesnt back the blue and so we will not be eating here. I hope others will follow in boycotting this location. And I sure hope this location will have a back up plan when something goes down and they NEED the police for assistance.

This is the location that refused to serve two uniformed Lewisville Police Officers on Tuesday 9/15/2015. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again until the employees involved are identified to the public and fired. We dont need this kind of scum working in our community.

I drive past two Whataburgers to come to this one. Their staff always works incredibly hard and their hospitality is always top notch. Even on the day last summer when their A/C was out. They never stopped and they always delivered a quality product.
