*Read this!!* I have eaten here 4 times in the last 3 months and I have to say that the reason they are always hireing is because they constantly hire rude people! Not even to mention the food! The chicken is absolutely disgusting and always tastes like they leave the cleaner or chemicals in the grease when they cook the food! The rolls Are always squished flat and the gravy is more like pepper jelly. The okra is just fried puss filled balls of grease with no okra in it at all! When going through the drive through and ordering a combo meal and a extra side the girl on the microphone Im assumeing thought she turned the mic off because when I said "no I need one other thing" to her question "is that it?" She preceded to say to another co worker inside "This fat mother****** wants a extra side with his combo meal?? Wtf Breanna? These people!" Yeah, so I didnt say anything at the window because they were busy and I had nothing nice to say. Short to say, I will never go back here nor will any of there franchise locations get my money, let your employees talk like that? Yeah disrespect. I wish that this chicken express would pack up and leave cedar hill and allow a GOOD company to move in!

As much as I love Chicken Express, they are about to lose my business. Tonight took the cake, all I order four days a week is two drinks to go. Why is it we cant figure out how to expedite? Any other restaurant that has an order that will take more than reasonable drive-thru time asks the customer to park. Then they bring out the food. To make people with drink orders wait 16 minutes while you fry chicken to order is bad business. I am beyond livid. I would have called the complaint number, but the guy at the window wouldnt close the window so I could get the rest of the digits. Leaving the window open while you walk away is also a poor business practice, but thats another story. I am beyond livid at this point.

Just left the place about 10 minutes ago and I am so disappointed in that restaurant!!! I witnessed this young lady without a hairnet and her hair was flying all over the place!!! But thats not the worst thing!!! I witnessed her dropping a piece of meat on the floor, she picked it up and placed it on the customers box!!! When I saw that I told my husband lets go ... didnt order anything and never coming back to that particular place!!!!

We used to go to Chicken Express all the time, but this location is the WORST regarding time. We would order their 10 pc dark special and they would always say that there was a 20 minute wait... always! Now, they dont have that special... and we all know the chicken is overpriced... so ... great rolls thougg... and great tea... and I love their chicken breasts bc theyre not dry... too bad I wont be back any time soon.

Ive never had a great experience here. My very first time eating here a few years back, I ordered an OVERPRICED 2 piece dark and ended up having food poisoning. I recently came back to give them another shot because my buddy told me to just try the chicken tenders. They are ok, but all of the food lacked flavor and yet again is overpriced. The staff has low customer service skills and theyre always rude.

This chicken express is horrible. They employee will sit and eat while you are in the drive thru waiting and it takes them and excessive amount of time to get your food to you. Not only does it take them forever they have horrible attitudes, and my food was cold when I got it. I will never come back to this chicken express.

Never Again!! Ordered catfish family dinner and 7 tenders. Got 8 piece chicken dinner. My fault for not checking. I should have known the lady taking my order was mad at the world and not the least bit concerned for the order. She was ripping the receipts off and even throwing things. Never Ever Again!!!

I have finally had it with yall! Between the cold ass chicken, cold mac n cheese, mashed taters with no gravy, wrong chicken, and i always order unsweet tea, and i get sweet tea, you have lost my familys business. I will get back to my roots and eat Popeyes!

Only a FEW bad apples, dont go during a rush if you dont plan on waiting. If something is wrong dont make a scene. If you want fresh then ask.... idk what else to say. Not bad on prices
