This place is horrible, if you ask for mild they give you spicy, if you ask for spicy, they give you mild. I went to get lunch here .The line was long and almost wrapped around the building. Not moving at all. When I got to the menu, the lady on the speaker says hold, then she says, "can I take your order," I start giving my order and she says, "hold on again". I sit there waiting for about five minutes. In this time, some people that were in line behind me started to drive off. She finally came back over the speaker, I ordered, 2 chicken strip dinners, and a leg and biscuit on the side. When I get to the window, I found out that she had placed my orders separately, Why? I do not know, but I paid on both broken up orders. I get the food and realize that the chicken leg and biscuit that I ordered was not in the bag. I immediately made her aware. She goes to the back and comes back with a biscuit wrapped in paper and hands it too me. I looked at her and asked "what was going on in there?" I then told her AGAIN that I also ordered one leg and it was not in there. She did a little rambling in the back, comes back and said, "let me see your food". I open the boxes and she says, "no, hand them to me." I did not want her to play around in my food and then give it back to me. WHY in the hell would a chicken and biscuit be in the same box as a chicken strip dinner anyways? I told her that this was lunch hour and she was making me late, I handed her the food and then I asked for my money back. I asked to speak to the manager, she hands me the money back and says, "I am the manager." She never once apologized, she handed me the money and shut the window." I will never in the history of Popeyes, eat here again.

As it relates to Customer Service and getting orders correct, this has to be the worst Popeyes in the DFW area!! The ONLY reason that I continue to come is b/c it is near my house and job, and the food is actually decent. They have NEVER gotten my order correct! NEVER!! I guess I am a glutton for stupidity, because I keep thinking that one time they will get it right! And the staff usually has attitudes! I have stopped going through the drive-thru, because I know that I will need to get my order corrected! The good thing is that since I know this, I am usually prepared for the screw up and sometimes it is actually comical! For example, once I asked for mixed chicken and when I received my box, there was only ONE piece of white meat in it! LOL! I mean seriously?! Youre acting like the chicken is coming out of your paycheck!! So now I know to specify which pieces of chicken I want (and get this- a co-worker told me that once she specified and they STILL got it wrong)! Lol! One nice thing that I can say is that the food tastes decent, and that says a lot considering that I am from New Orleans. If it wasnt for this, I would stop punishing myself. But in the meantime, I go prepared for the non-sense and foolery! Do yourself a favor and be prepared as well!!

No. Just no. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Go to Canes down the street or Whataburger. I went to this location during lunch and it was very busy! As always and only one person at the register. So when I go back to work (LATE) Might I add, I notice I not only have one order wrong, but two. I ordered the $5 box with tenders and received a thigh and leg which I assume was the Tuesday special. I wasnt upset because I understand orders get mixed up sometimes. I threw it away because it wasnt what I ordered. Didnt think that was a big deal... I call and someone tells me to come back in. When I get there they say no one called and the manager, "Sandro" says he cant do anything without the food. Mind you I have BOTH receipts and showed him proof that I called. So all in all I paid $10 for $1.49 chicken and I didnt eat lunch. I come here all the time but they wont see another dime from me. Ill go to Canes!

Clearly and concisely verbalized I wanted "spicy" chicken twice yet was given mild which I didnt even eat being it is not appetizing to me. I drove 15 minutes to get there and 20 minutes back home due to traffic only to receive an inappropriate order prepared by what I perceive to be staff members whom could less whether orders are correct or not. I do not think they are incompetent; just selfish individuals who could less about their customers. I was born and raised in south Louisiana where Popeyes began therefore I know very well the difference between the "spicy" and "mild" versions. The chicken didnt even look cooked thoroughly and did not have a "done crispy" appearance. I work hard for my money and intend on getting a full refund tomorrow. Called thrice but their phone just rang and rang until giving a busy signal. Disgusted that the workers there could care less.

This is one of the worst Popeyes I have ever visited. We just arrived home after picking up an 8 piece spicy mix and there is only 6 pieces. I guess I should have learned my lesson, because the same thing happened at the same store on New Years Eve. Only then it was a 12 piece with only 10 pieces. When you call the store you will get a busy signal every time, they keep the phone off. On New Years we called the district manager who pretended to only speak Spanish. This time the district manager just will not answer her phone. I left a message, we will see what happens. In any case, Do Not Waste Your Time Going To This Store! Drive out of your way to another branch or better yet, go to Churches or Pollo Campero.

They would not give me the main bosses number and I got fired cuz I didnt go in for done of the co workers were smoking weed in the back and on top of it I had a car accident and couldnt call wen the fone there dont work and when the store manager said its my day off ask the other managers at the store consider he is the GM and want to fire me I have bruises everywhere and u want to fire me cuz I tell u ur managers and some of it crew is out in the back smoking weed and u want to say one of ur manager is on probation and cant smoke come on now Im not stupid and Im sure not getting into trouble for other peoples mistakes either ...

My family and i was intown visiting Irving Tx. We ordered a dozen of biscuits and 3 lg. red beans/rice to eat with our existing meal. walked in the worst and nastiest Popeyes I have every seen. my guts told me to leave but I really wanted those hot biscuits and beans/rice. However, the manager walks in for his shift didnt wash his hands and proceeded to load our biscuits in the box, the guy working the drive through and the registered fixed the large red bean/rice, the rice was enough to feed a baby ant. needless to say I politely return the food and got money back and got the Hell out of that horrible place.
