Last week my girlfriend and I ordered 2 fries, red beans and rice, jambalaya and 2 pieces of chicken with 2 biscuits. I was given the smallest breast in the world, one lot of fries and no biscuits. i complained and got another piece of chicken. I sat down to eat and noticed only 1 bag of fries. I asked again AND about the biscuit and sat and waited. I got the fries and no biscuit. I asked for the biscuit and told the young man at the counter this wasnt acceptable and he needs to listen to the orders. He told he and I quote "I dont care, just tell me what you want, I just dont care." I informed the manager and she didnt do or say a thing, she obviously doesnt care either. I am rather sure she didnt speak English at all or at least very well. My girlfriend speaks Spanish and informed me that the young man said he didnt sign up for this. My question is what exactly did he sign up for? To serve the public? Get the orders right first time, not second or third or did he sign up for getting everything he possibly could wrong and not to have to hear about it? So, after all of this when we had most of our food the fries were cold as was the chicken which was also over cooked, the jambalaya was mush, not rice and an assortment of slightly spicy tasty things but mush. The beans and rice were OK as was the one biscuit we got. I thought about calling the corporate office but why? It is obvious they dont care. Terrible food served by people who dont care, their words not mine. It is examples like this within the fast food industry that are having the rest of the country (educated or dues paid) that have a serious issue with these people being paid 15 dollars an hour. All in all a waste of money combined with a horrendous experience.

Ive stopped by this Popeyes twice in as many weeks and each time I was greeted amicably. Service was prompt, and despite specific requests --an audacious decision that is often interpreted as an insult by other Popeyes locations-- they maintained accuracy AND did not charge me extra. Shocking, I know. This is a Popeyes branch managed so well that I actually look forward to the process of picking up food, and will definitely be returning. P.S. Loaded chicken wraps are the bomb, yo.

Hours say they close at 11 p.m. for the drive thru and 10 p.m. for the dining room on Saturday night. We were there at 10 p.m. and the drive-through had a handwritten sign on it that says it was not operational. We went inside and asked if we could order as their hours of operation were until 11 p.m. and were told by the manager that due to lack of Staff they were closing early. She did not even offer to take our orders or anything. Horrible customer service!

Great service it was quick the drive thru was packed so I went inside nice and clean despite the rush not surprised by the bad reviews seeing hat the area its in has a problem with the air they breathe everyone feels entitlement in the area which makes difficult for anyone to make them happy

Ordered a 4 piece and only got 3... Learn to count... Also dont be so lazy, as I wanted mild instead of spicy and you wouldnt cook it because it was 20 minutes till closing time. I hope this particular Popeyes either replaces its employees or gives some disciplinary action.

Horrible customer service. They didnt put all of my food in the bag but I didnt notice until I got home. I went back to the store and let them know and the manager was accusing me of lying. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Never going back there.
