Heres the deal... Theres chicken everywhere, and experiences can vary. This Chicken Express is outstanding every time (nearly... as one reviewer notes). But the key is to have great management, and order what theyre great at, because no fast food restaurant pays top dollar for every product or ingredient. Here, they have experienced and great people. Ask for Scott, Nick, and Colby who together exceptionally operate this Chicken Express. GM Scott is coming in on Thanksgiving to fry up some Thanksgiving turkeys for valued customers. They are good, and they care (but also manage teenagers). As for the food, stick with what they invest in and do well... marinated chicken tenders, hot wings, rolls, sweet tea, fried okra, and hush puppies; These are amazing because they invest time and money into them! Ask for one of those three men, they will specially cook up whatever you want!

I have to say we normally like going to this place. But our last visit wasnt that good at all, but maybe that is because we took it to go this time and was given the old stuff? The chicken was dry and not really tender like usually and we tried the fried pickles which we do like at other eateries, but these were just terrible. They had sooo much salt on them you really couldnt even eat them. I am not sure if that is the way they make them, or if someone made a mistake when making them, but well definitely avoid them should we go back. Chicken Express manager.. You have a great location, so take care of it and youll have great business for years to come. But dont take anything for granted, there are too many options available to for consumers in the area.

Slow service. Did they had to go in the back and pluck the feathers off a chicken? The chicken even aint that great but they serve livers and gizzard so that is their only saving grace. My receipt shows that I paid for the meal at 3:30. Its 3:55 and still waiting and I look out the window and its the same thing, shes also waiting for her order. Its not bad if this is a one off but every time I come here its the same thing. And smile a bit. It doesnt hurt, service with a smile, the franchisee should teach that. But seriously. The wait time tho. Ok, lady in the drive through got her order. Still. Waiting. For. Ours. Go elsewhere for your greasy fried chicken fix.

I love Chicken Express. I have been known to stop by just for unsweetened tea, several times a week. My last visits have been disappointing to say the least. I run through the drive through, get my order home & every time its wrong, every time. I have paid for okra that I never received more times than I can count. Ive been given sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea several times, dinner roll missing... . About a month ago, after a disastrous trip to CE, I decided Im done, which really makes me sad. Tonight, I gave it one more try. I made it home with my dinner, only to find 2 cups of gravy & no mashed potatoes. CE, I am done.

Good, consistent chicken. Love the corn nuggets and Cole slaw. Went through the drive thru and they handed me the wrong order (should have checked it before driving off). I went back to exchange the order and they did it promptly with no special fanfare. They should have done something additional for my trouble but I wont fault them that. It just felt like mediocre service overall.

Worst management. I ordered my food at 2:59 and by 3:10 I still didnt have it. I went in and the guy at window was a jerk. (Colby) He really thought after his bad attitude I was going to wait even one sec longer for my food...NEGATIVE. Had my order voided and went else where. Dont hate life because you chose the fast food industry.

I finally had my best experience with a chicken express restaurant here in Frisco TX compared to all of the other restaurants I have eaten at. Great and welcoming customer service along with delicious food. I would definitely eat again there and would recommend it to my friends and family!!!

Went inside to order and eat. Well I took my order back to work. The dinning area was disgusting. Every table was filthy. The employees had that oh well attitude. Makes me wonder how clean the cooking area is. This is the second time I have been there that the dinning area was filthy.

the lady working the cash register after i tried to return my chicken because it was oozing with blood. After i requested it she was very rude about it and gave me bad looks. As soon as she gave me my new chicken, she rudely said "here you go queen" and left

Staff is rude and the chicken was soggy and sad. Hire some people that actually know what they are doing. Rather pay a little extra and go to canes down the street.
