Its been a long time since Ive been so disgusted and grossed out by a restaurant! To say that it was dirty is putting it nicely, there was food all over the floor and almost every table was dirty and the garbage was overflowing, then before leaving we used the restroom and again just gross! Toilet paper pieces all over the floor. When we got to the restaurant we waited for over 5 minutes for someone to help us. Then he refused to allow us to order the buffet because it was 545 and he said it closed at 6. (Later while we were eating they let two other families, a single guy and some college kids have the buffet) When we went to sit down, all of the bigger tables and most of the smaller ones were dirty. So I went and asked for a wash cloth and he told me that they didnt have those. I was like really? Well I need something to clean the table off. He went and got me a washcloth and when he gave it to me he said sorry, we are too busy....keep in mind there were only 6 other people in the restaurant when we got there and by the time we were done ordering, 3 of them had left. When we finally got our food, 3 of our 4 meals were made incorrectly....really now hard is it to put three pieces of chicken in a box. Needless to say, I will never ever take my family to this KFC again. Which is very unfortunate because my kids love KFC.

Its Friday June 9th, and just came into eat. I was here with my mom and dad. First of all, when we walked in and checked out the buffet it was disgustingly dirty and the food was dried out. So we decided to order meals. I asked for popcorn chicken by itself and 2 biscuits. The girl taking our order, Shelby, seemed like she had just started today or something because she had no idea what she was doing. She took forever to look for the popcorn chicken while my family, another family, and a lady who wanted a gift card just stood there. She said "I cant find it" so we just told her never mind. I am an assistant manager at the taco johns in Jamestown, and believe me, I understand when it is busy and youre understaffed. But someone who can actually properly take orders should be up front when there is a line of customers standing there. One of the cooks wasnt wearing gloves, my moms order wasnt original chicken,it was something else and when she asked for it to be fixed a girl just said "I forgot." Like I said, I understand when its busy and youre understaffed, but the whole crew was loudly complaining about being understaffed, the Shelby girl straight up said "its not my problem that were understaffed." Also the lobby couldve been cleaned but I get that they were busy. Yall need some help or something. :/

This place is hell I went in with my wife to go get some food and there was a teenage boy that took my order he kept looking at my wifes breast and she felt uncomfortable and told me to order and in the middle of my order he left abd called one of his fellow employees his "friend" was a little older and the cashier said something in a foreign language and his friend started laughing and also stared at my wifes breast and when I finished my order it took 15 min for my food and when I came back to see what was taking so long all the employees were talking in a corner and laughing I called for someone and he gave me a dirty look and made my order and my wife came out the bathroom and said it was "filthy" and the guy that was making my food kept on staring at her butt when we finally got my food we couldnt find a single clean table so we asked if we could take it to go and they gave us a box and when we were leaving the cashier said have a good day and I said thanks and he said thanks and he didnt reply but when my wife said thank he said come back any time and smiled

First, The only okay thing about this place is the two African little African kids who help each other work in the front a lot. They are really nice and they tried to assist us with our problems that we were having to their abilities. But once they couldnt they kindly directed us to their manager whos name I took( Adelisa ). She was one of the rudest people I have ever met and Im pretty sure she threatened me once she went to the back which I overheard. Anyway, I didnt feel like dealing with her animosity so I kindly asked to speak with someon of higher ranking a man named Mike. He was kindly assisting me at first but then grew a bit hostile towards the resolution of my predicament. I felt so mishandled when I was leaving there with my family who came out of town from Delaware. NEVER. GOING. BACK. AGAIN.

I have never seen such filth in an franchised restaurant. Trash and food everywhere in the lobby, on and behind the counter, the stainless in the food prep was coated in grime, grease-stained walls above fryer, hardwater stains throughout buffet, nearly 2" of grime on floor perimeter - especially under booths, booths had black grime on front and sides and dishes were stacked 3 feet in plain sight! I understand busy, short-staffed, yada, yada but these things are signs of serious neglect and poor managment. I am visiting from out of town and my friends picked the place. If I could have left, I would have. At this point, I am praying I dont get food poisoning.

This has now been multiple times I have stopped at this location to attempt to dine in and every time I have stopped in there is no one to be found serving customers at the front counter, waited 5 plus minutes this last time before I got fed up and left...this is bullshit and whoever owns this location may want to actually look into hireing competent employees.....did I mention it wasnt even busy? and was also seen by multiple employees while I was standing there waiting to order.

Eating here now wondering why I havent asked for a refund my drink taste like dish detergent bought the buffet 11:15 no chicken on the buffet three people waiting at the buffet more interested in taking your money than providing a service 10$ buffet try the giant panda great food also lettuce with carrot shaving isnt a salad corporate profit maximization good for shareholder nice business model take customers money and give them the finger to lick

Everything was Dirty restrooms, the seating area was a mess one of the employees came out to clean, only stopped at two or three tables until stopping at one table them was on his phone then went back into the kitchen area. before ordering one guest told us they had been waiting for 30+ mins for their order we were coming in After a long drive so we took our chances because we we hungry wasnt as bad but still not a great place to eat

Very dirty, pieces of chicken, crumbs, and dirt was all over the floor. Booths were very small and cramped. My booth seat was sticky, there were crumbs on my table, and the window had dried up water/cleaner/soda stains on it. The entrance door had smudges and greasy hand and fingerprints all over it, and it seemed as if it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. I am only giving this place 2 stars because my food was good.
