When we drove up to pay, we were asked to drive around and park, only for them to promptly bring our food out less than a minute later. To me, that didnt warrant us driving around and parking. When they rush you out of the line to park and I assume serve the next Customer before yours is ready has always seemed a bit silly to me. Shouldnt customers be served in the order they arrive? Whats more, they forgot to give us the hot sauce they asked if we wanted, just 30 seconds prior. When I called to speak to "a manager," he was not very apologetic and seemed to just want to make me believe hed handle the problem and get off the phone with me. Ill be calling again to speak to someone in a higher position tomorrow.

It is too bad the rating dont go in the negative direction. We made the mistake (again) of going to this Taco Bell. Again, they messed up the order. This time, we ordered 3 tacos and they gave us 5 and charged us for 5. Over the past 15 years, they have not gotten one order straight. Why go there where there when you can go to Taco Bueno, a mile North or better yet, Lupes in Bedford! How this place stays in business is beyond me. Perhaps the people that go in get their order correctly, but the drive-thru consistently gives you what you dont order and charges you more for it.

Definitely one of the best Taco Bells Ive been to in a VERY long time I went on the day they gave away free crunchwraps and the staff was VERY friendly one person that stood out to me was Tashina she was very friendly and she kept a smile on her face through even though it was very hectic the only bad thing about this place was I felt that one of the workers threw my bag on the counter and told Tashina about it and she sincerely apologized so thats why I give this place 5 stars

They say theyre open until 4 am on Saturday night/Sunday morning, but go to the drive through after 3 am and expect to get a closed message at the intercom and expect to see the lazy employees hanging out in the dining area. Pathetic. No wonder theyre working at Taco Bell. They have the drive a retarded slug.

I dont know what has happened to management lately but the last two times that Ive been there theyve got my order wrong and today I left and I have been sick all damn day. I really do like this place but unless something changes soon I might have to stop going here and find somewhere else to go.

This is a relatively new Taco Bell, and as such, are still getting situated. I usually go through drive through and food is always prepared quickly and delivered promptly, but customer service could use more work.

They now close the dining room at 10 pm sharp. Since they take their sweet time to prepare everything, having to use the drive through after 10 is not cool.
