There was a foreign guy takin the order. I guess he was hispanic. I ordered for the chicken sandwich from the menu and all i got was the fish sandwich. I dont understand whether they dont understand the difference between the chicken and fish sandwich. And also there was no receipt so that i could not go and claim that I got the wrong order.

Service was slow.....worst burger Ive had in a long time...old, dried out and the bun was hard...bacon butter was no where to be found. Will never go back to this location again. $16.00 for 2 people...2 burgers, 1 fry and 1 drink...down the drain...wouldnt even give it to my dog.

I like jack in the box food i n geneeral. But will never go back to this location. Went in for late lunch. Live roaches crawling on order counter. Really discussing. They need to do a deep clean on this location and hire an exterminator. One star is to good for them.

I have gone to this JIB a few times. Each time they have messed up,burned, or horribly mayhemd it. The lady at the drive thru sounds like an impatient drone, it quite obvious shes lost to us all in the land of the glorified food zombie. But hey the shakes are good.

Not sure whos managing this band of misfits on the evening shift, but its chaos here. They are arguing with each other, staff talking on their cell phones, sloppily dressed, sagging with stained clothes. I ended throwing away the food because Im afraid to eat them.

Only 1 star because I cant rate it less the food taste like they have used the same frying oil for a while like multiple days the dining room was filthy. The bathroom was horrible like they have no exhaust system I wont be back I through my food away

Never order the iced coffee. You will receive a lovely glass of iced milk. The service used to be great at this location but the current employees have horrible attitudes. I dont expect bubbly sunshine, but they could try not to have RBF.

I always order a Southwest grill salad in other locations and always get my salad Fresh and clean. In this Location my salad it was so bad it looks like they give me the leftovers from another client. I never will go back there again.
