The food here is awesome! BUT their customer service is terrible!!! The first time I went there I had to wait 30 min for my food. They even served other people in front of me who came into the store after I did… The second time I tried to be smart because my other friends told me they had similar issues. So I ordered online to avoid the wait. But once again when I got there they did not have my food ready and had to make it on the spot which took another 25 min. They promised this would never happen again and to keep me as a customer I would receive a credit for a FREE meal next time. I AM CURRENTLY RIGHT NOW ON HOLD WITH THEM TO PLACE THE “FREE” ORDER, I HAVE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR 15min & 28 sec. I have also called serval times off my cell no one will pick up. Needless to say I will NEVER give them my money again =(

Really people? One star because someone doesnt smile? Ive been coming here for about almost a year and no complaints. Yes sometimes they get busy and dont see the order made online so make sure to make the order about an hour before if youre time restricted. They also cook when ordered some meals so that takes time too. But other than that, healthy food for a decent price. A whataburger costs more than a $8 healthy meal and these meals are way better for you. Dont judge a place by the employees unless youre paying them for their service. Youre really paying for the food people, and its yummy! Ive also been attended to 95% of the time in a timely manner. And I come here for lunch like 2-3 times a month or more since I work close by.

I was really looking forward to enjoying this place because its hard to find better options out there for breakfast on the go. The breakfast burrito was really good but the lady at the counter...you could tell she didnt want to be there. I wont be back because I felt like a burden to the people working there. No one greeted me with a hello or even smiled taking/giving me my order. Lack of customer service will have me looking elsewhere.

Very nice place location, spacious! I loved it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and different options available. The food was tasty and I was pleasantly suprised by the protein cheesecake. Looking forward to returning to the location! If you are looking for some healthy options or some good ways to get yourself on the healthy track this is a good place for it.

Been going for years Great clean food ! For the whining people about fast food.If you want fast food go to Mc Donalds you will get the Mc Donalds physique! This food is genuine clean food and takes a little longer to prep ,however the end result is great! just take a look around you at the regulars waiting on their food.Been going since the day they opened !

Am giving this five stars because its really healthy and the gentleman at the counter was great. Was a bit confused as to how the menu worked at first, but it was relatively straight-forward. Tasty yet simple food, would only come here again if I was hungry and didnt want to eat unhealthy.

Every time I visit this Fit Fuel there is a very pretty and fit brunette who is rude (maybe cold is a better word) to me. Im giving 5 stars with the hopes that she will be kinder next time I visit (love the food). Maybe shes mixing me up with someone. Either way **virtual hug**.

I have been in this place couple times the food is great but the customer service is horrible , the lady on the counter you can tell she does not want to be there and they had me waiting for 25 minutes even though Ive placed the order 20 minutes before through the phone .
