I have literally never had my drive thru order come out correctly, not one single time. However, when I went inside to eat my food was made perfectly on multiple occasions. So I have to assume they purposefully give the drive thru customers their garbage food because they know they wont notice until they get all the way home, and wont bother coming back to complain. Next time I order a spicy chicken sandwich and get a f***ing fish sandwich instead, or ask for tea and get soda I WILL bring it back and watch the incompetent prick try the f**k again!!! Well, scratch that, I just wont be back.

I aways have a bad experience for every time I go here and with a lazy worker named David Lopez refusing to take orders if you are not pulled up enough to the speaker to give your order. After waiting 10 minutes for them to receive my order we pulled up to the window and guess who...David Lopez refused us service saying we are being rude and also threatening to call the cop that was the car in front of us the whole time.

Came to jack in the box on 05/29/16 @4:20 am no one every came on the drive Thur intercom pulled up to the window and waited another 5-6min before anyone came to the window. I will not be back again. At least put some type of sign out if you having some type of issues.

The girl tonight was extremely rude. They ALWAYS have flat soda. They got my order entirely wrong and after having to wait forever and drive back around to save on their "timer" the food wasnt even hot... but barely warm. Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.

They locked the door 30 min early when they saw me walking up for dine in . My car had just been towed and we were hoping to have dinner after a terrible day. They completely ignored us. Will not be ever going to that location again.

The food was pretty good. The tables needed to be cleaned. The whole place was dirty. The seats had holes in them. The mens bathroom had a broken toilet. Would not go back.
