This jack in the box is just terrible, both inside and at the drive thru. Inside is never clean, the floors are always sticky and the tables always have something on them. They never keep fresh tea, sweet or unsweet: it is always soured and they do not like to make a fresh batch when asked, and if it is at night and they run out (doesnt matter if they close at midnight or 2 am) before 11pm, they wont make anymore, sometimes not even if they are asked to. I have explained both to the management and to corporate that tea will grow bacteria and if it is sweetened the sugar makes it for sour faster. They take your order at the drive thru but wait till you get to the window to repeat it to you before putting it in, unless you ask them for a total and then they have to stop and put it in. The food takes forever for them to make. The staff is either slow or they do not have enough (depending on the day or night - which is worse ) people working. They constantly get orders wrong or forget to put items in them. I have called their corporate numerous times and nothing ever gets fixed. This place used to be pretty decent; but when they let the good crews leave, it has gone from a decent place to terrible.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad in drive thru, line was long, but moving daily fast, when I get to window, I was told the were out of the grill chicken salad, but had other other salad to offer, I looked, then employee proceeded to tell me she was going to tell me, but I had already pulled away from speaker, then stated, oh but I was just told, , poor, poor customer service, I sat in line to pull up to window & told that they didnt have what I ordered, I just drove off, there was nothing else to be said, except cashier shrugged her shoulders & said "sorry," I didnt want any other type of salad, if I did, I wouldve done so, I was not going to wait another minute for nothing.

Im done with this location. Ive only had my order come out right a handful of times. I just ordered 2 #6 combos. Thats a jumbo jack WITH CHEESE! 1. Dont ask if i want cheese. It comes with it. The jack without cheese costs less. 2. I asked for medium size. I got one medium and one small. I paid for 2 mediums. Im not going to this location anymore. Over the years, management has continually hired people with a complete lack of intelligence. There is another location off of cooper and Division. They are great and havent ever messed up my order. Save yourself the trouble and go down there.

I think I will die of starvation before I get to even order my food through the drive through. Ive been sitting in the same spot for 20 minutes. Oh wait! The line has moved! They just asked for my order... I gave it to them then they said nothing for another 10 minutes when I said hello all they said was hang on were trying to get the line moving without anyone cussing us out. Really? Never coming back here again

Rude staff and there have been multiple times that my order was wrong despite the order being correct on the screen. Cecy a worker there tried to argue with me about my order, she took the bag of food to the back where I couldnt see what she was doing and tried to give it back to me and was extremely rude when I said I wanted my money back. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Had to repeat each part of our order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Told us to pull up and they would bring it out. Went inside and waited 5 min before anyone asked us what we were waiting for only to find out our order had been sitting there. When we told them it was wrong they asked for the receipt in a snide tone. Rude morons!

I went for 4 tacos. You get 2 for $1.00. My total should have been $2.16. They charged me 2.57.. I ask how much are Tacos, she said 1.07, but since its not a corporate location, the price is different . Jack n The Box if I cant have consistency on the price, Ill go somewhere else next time..

The slowest jack in the box I have ever been too! They took my order in the drive thru but the dumbass didnt enter my order tell I got to the window leaving me having to wait even longer for my food that should have already been done !!!!! Poor food service

Slow as hell, manager looked like he was headed to the club and nametag stated the boss. Ordered a 26 that is suppose to have bacon and it didnt even make it to sandwich. Bread was barely toasted and the customer service is as if we owe them something.

Surprised this place averages three stars. SO SLOW!! And they never get there order right. They forget something every time and what they do give you isnt always right. Dont try to special order anything. Theyll get it wrong.

Food is generally good but service is hit and miss. Grill and fryer employees make no attempt to let the counter person know when they have a customer. And the drinks out of the Coke Freestyle machine taste horrible.
