First time to Key Biscayne. Looking for a place open a little later to get a couple drinks and some real food and perhaps catch a game. This place is PREFECT. It was packed, but its not overcrowded because its not a huge space. This also facilitated super friendly and attentive employees. One of the owners was out talking to patrons and assisting in the bar. The food was PERFECT and not overpriced. Drinks were priced average. Any food on the menu labeled "small" regarding the portions actually covered the whole plate and by no means was "small". (Think take home box for the hotel midnight snack). Started pouring rain as we ate and the same owner who was out mingling with the people offered my brother and ia ride back to our hotel a mile away so we didnt have to wait for a cab. 5 STARS, all categories. Stop guessing where to go and just go here.

We had our wedding reception at Milanessa 2 years ago and since then we like to celebrate our anniversary with them. Its always a great experience with the service and the food is amazing. Today we wanted to try the parrillada and it was great! I have to be honest, we werent too convinced by the entry bread, it wasnt bad but nothing special about it. The mashed potatoes are just great! The meat is just what one would expect from the Argentinians! On point! Next year we hope to come again to our favorite and special restaurant MILANESSA.

Wow! This new Key Biscayne restaurant is a must try. Pricing is decent and the portions are excellent. I ordered the skirt salad and it was so tasty. It comes with a dijon dressing, that is tossed lightly. The kalamata olives give the salad a wonderful twist. The milanessa options are very unique and delicious. Be warned that the large portions are indeed very large. The small portions are actually kind of big too. I recommend it and hope people enjoy it as much as I did.

I came here with my girlfriend because we got a great deal on Groupon and decided to give it a shot...and we were quite glad we did. Their selection was quite large, and the food was top-notch and portions substantial. Definitely a meat lovers paradise. Although it is quite a trek from mainland Miami, its definitely worth the drive.

this use to be a go to place for my husband and I.. However, in the last couple of visits, they are short staffed and takes a long time to get anyones attention. The last TWO times Ive ordered for delivery, they dont have chicken. And it has taken over an hour.

Always a great meal. Well staffed food is served promptly. Great sides like Brussels sprouts and mushrooms. Love the salmon. Also the chicken fried steak variety for which the restaurant is named. Half price wine Tuesday and Thursday.

When ever I find myself in Key Key Biscayne, Milanezza is my goto choice for dinner. The menu is always fresh as well as the tasty food. I love the coquetes. Makes me feel like Im back home. The family style service is amazing.

Great place for late-night eats on the key... I particularaly like the brie bites and the chicken wings. Salmon salad is good too, but specify how you want the salmon cooked.

Quiet... great carpaccio. Croquettas were good, but not "the best in Miami" as advertised. Will definitely return, great concept, warm staff, fun environment.

Menu changed. Prices increased. Tomato Sauce was different, and not for the better. Mashed potatoes still yummy.
