At about 10:30pm tonight I went to this location to purchase food. Although the staff was very polite after returning home (I love maybe 10 mins from the location), my burger is warm and fresh but my fries are stone cold, old, and hard. I tasted a few of those, but did not go past maybe 5 before I decided no on that. I ate my burger and unfortunately about 4 hours later with that being the last thing Ive eaten I am SICK AS A DOG. classic food poisoning expelling from both ends and what makes it worse Im 8 months pregnant. its not 4:30am and I still havent slept due to nursing myself. Im not angry with the staff at this time but I will be informing the manager so they take better care of things as far as health wise. Well see how it goes.

We came at 5:30 p.m. and the place was empty but most of the tables were dirty as well as the floor. There were flies bothering us throughout the whole meal. A manager came out and started moving furniture around, which was noisy and seemed less important than having a clean dining room. She then washed two tables and stopped; floor and other tables still dirty. The ice dispensers were covered in black stuff that looked like mold. This was the first Whataburger Ive been to that was a bad experience. Hopefully it was just a bad night but Im not likely to come back to this restaurant.

This place sucks! Not only the worst Whataburger, but probably the worst fast food restauarnt I have ever been to. First, it took them over 20 minutes to get 3 taquitos, bsicuits and gravy and a egg biscuit. Second, they block off the exit. Third, because they are so slow, the drive thru line almost reaches the street, so I am blocked in, having to fight the drive thru line for another 20 minutes to leave the damn place. Finally, when I get home, the did not give me my egg biscuit. So not only did they waste nearly an hour of my time, they robbed me too!

Always the quickest and the freshest burger around. Cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Super bonus, the ice is that awesome soft round pellet (those who chew ice know what I am talking about). An added bonus, this is my favorite Fountain served Diet Coke. Is it the ice? The Cup? The Mix? Who knows? It is certainly the best. Did I mention they still fry their apple pies? God bless Texas! Word of warning, this place is packed and obnoxious on Friday and Saturday night. Great for the young, bad for those of us craving that late night burger.

This location is great and getting better about their wait time. Employees are always friendly and great about repeating your order. When you get to the window, they also confirm what you got. Many times, they mishear me regular tea and not sweet tea and we catch it before I drive off and get a big surprise with the wrong drink. I have left feedback on their website when I didnt get any fries and the manager personally called me back and offered a free meal next time I came in.

If you are new to "Whataburger country" or just have just been living under a rock, well you are in for a deliciously fantastic treat my friend!! What to order you ask?? Close your eyes, point to the menu, and BOOM, wherever it lands, you are pretty much guaranteed to be instantly addicted!! I dont know whether or not they have a slogan, but if they do it is probably along the lines of "deliciously fantastic or your money back, guaranteed" (Thanks for listening)

If you live in Texas and have never been to Wataburger, theres something wrong with you. Wataburger is LIFE. If youre visiting, TRY IT. I stayed in Colorado for a few weeks and I missed no food more than I did Wataburger. Its amazing food and youre missing out if you dont try it at least once. My recommendation for breakfast - honey butter chicken biscuit. Its also a great food when youve been drinking. For lunch/dinner - avocado bacon burger

HAIR ALL OVER FOOD. I have gone to the Highland Village Whataburger on many occasions. TWO TIMES IN A ROW THERE HAS BEEN HAIR IN MY FOOD. I got the Honey Barbecue Chicken Strip Sandwich today and there was a hair on the wrapper and two hairs on the cheese. I went and got a new one, and AGAIN. MORE HAIR. After that, I completely lost my appetite. (The manager was very polite though)

Food is incredibly greasy, if you want the kind of food they serve just go to Freddys which is less than a mile away. Service is inconsistent. Shakes are especially sub par, and I cant believe they market the "coffee shake" as being coffee flavored. Threw it out after a few sips. Saving grace is that its one of the only 24hr restaurants in the area where you can go in and sit.

I specifically ask for a whataburger with no cheese. 43 minutes later I get a cheeseburger. I want to choke out every mongoloid employee in this place. Service speed is horrible and they are all incompetent. I dont really expect much from fast food workers; they really have the easiest stream lined job every made, and still fail.

The idiots that work here have gotten my order wrong every time I go here. 2 weeks ago I went here and ordered a whataburger meal and they gave me 2 small fries. That it. Just now. I ordered 3 chicken butter biscuit and they gave us just the biscult. No chicken. What a joke.

I have been here twice and wont be back. They are slower then other Whataburger restaurants i have been to and their attitude stinks. They also messed my order up both times. Second time, I figured I would give them another shot after first time. Terrible service!!!!!

Have eaten here many times and other Whataburger throughout the Metroplex. This one has been consistent. Fresh food, good service (i dont mind waiting a bit for a fresh cooked burger) clean and they must be doing something right the place is always full at night

Best fast food burger in Texas or anywhere else that counts. Ask a Texan that lives out of state (particularly up north) what they miss most and this will be one of the answers. Far better than any of the ones that have located here from the north.

The food came out generally fast and pretty fresh. I visited another time when they were slow and the fries were cold and the staff looked almost bored. So make sure to visit during the busier hours (its worth it).

Usually VERY fast service even when the place is packed full... Some nights high school kids pack the place to the gills.. even still, the kids are courteous, and staff is still fast and efficient.
