I am giving this place a one star review because there is no lower score available. We decided to check this place out based on the reviews. It looked good and we were looking forward to a good breakfast and to evaluate it as a possible new favorite to take future guests. We walked in and as the server was about to seat us the man behind the register, (he seemed to be the manager,) he stopped the server and wanted her to bring something from the kitchen for another customer who had just walked up. The server asked if she could seat us first and the manager had to think about it for a few moments before he gave her permission. We were seated and given menus, that was the extent of our interaction with restaurant staff. At least three different servers walked past our table several times, including the lady who seated us. All of them looked me right in the eye, none of them asked if we had been helped, no one so much as offered us a glass of water. We sat there for over fifteen minutes and were completely ignored. All the tables around us were well taken care of, but it seemed that the people at the other tables were regulars. The restaurant was not overly busy, it looked like a nice place and the food at the other tables looked good, we were looking forward to trying it, and if we found that it was good we wouldve been happy to become regular customers. With no one willing to acknowledge our presence we had no choice but to get up and leave. On our way out the manager gave a half-hearted "Im sorry." Maybe he was, but I doubt it. The impression that we got was that if the staff didnt know you then they dont want your business. Thanks a lot Division Street for ruining our breakfast.

I had breakfast here one time a year ago. It was a really good breakfast meal. I was unaware they had a Sunday Buffett. Today I went to Sunday Brunch!!!! OMGSH!!! It was awesome. Such a wide variety of selections. From made to order omelets, Eggs Benedict to catfish thats to die for. Roast beef with Anjous and homemade horseradish sauce. "Real" Chicken Fried Steak, mashed Potatoes and gravy etc.. etc.. etc. The salad bar was ahhhhh! I wish I had room to try everything. So much more on the buffet. (Not to mention Desserts). My 2 and 3 year old grandchildren got to eat for FREE! I hope who ever reads this will get the chance to eat at this amazing restaurant. Owners are fablouis and very appreciative of their customers. I give this restaurant a 10 star..

Walked in on a whim to find they had Sunday Brunch, while they dont serve actual adult drinks, it is BYOB. (Note to self, bring a bottle of champagne next time) You can either start at the omlett bar, or at the waffle bar, take a trip to the salad bar and tons of tasty hot options as well. The breaded chicken breast was tender, the biscuits were flaky and Amy, our waitress, was always around to top off our coffee. We were too full to have cake which was included, so Amy suggested we take it to go, which we did. So happy we did too, cause that chocolate cake was another kind of delicious, moist, sweet and sooo good! Will defitnetly be back to try the regular menu, a BIG Thank You to the Division Street Diner team!

Dont get me wrong the food here is really good especially the omelets. The only thing that really bothers me is the fact that "policy" Is to charge 20% gratuity for a party of 6 or me. Im all for tipping but on Sunday when they have the brunch buffet it bothers me because the only thing the waitress did for us was get our drink (no refill) and we were charged $20 gratuity. Any other day fine but Sunday its not fair. I really hope they split tips with cooks on Sunday.

Coming from the North, Diners are a big hit! I havent found any place in Texas thats this good. Service was amazing. We had Sharon, she was there when our coffee was half empty and never missed a thing. Im a waitress, so I know how good a waitress is and she really met my expectations. Im picky about my places, but my morning was made by this diner! 5stars! Thanks for our experience, & happy birthday Sharon!

We have been to this eatery several times and have always been well satisfied. I cant imagine many customers being dissatisfied unless someone was having a bad day. We never were unhappy with either the food or the service. A few years ago, before the present owner took over, it may have not been quite as good. If you have never tried their Sunday brunch, you are in for a treat.

Came here for brunch, and was delightfully surprised by this place! Interior is very clean and decor is nice, old-diner style. They serve breakfast all day. I had the Texas Benedict, and it is a must try!! Wait staff is kind and attentive. Pie is also a must, the coconut cream pie is to die for. Wonderful, quiet place and great staff.

Great diner! Went here for Sunday brunch. Hot delicious food with PLENTY of options. Something for everyone. The chef was nice and explained all the options. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I live in Dallas but would gladly make the trip back just to come to this place. Surpassed all expectations.

The food is legendary in these parts for being so fantastic. However, so is the attitude of the darker haired waitress. The to-go orders are a consistant 15-20 minute wait in addition to your call ahead, even during the slower lunch crowd. You cant beat the flavor of the food though. WOW!

Food was hot and fresh and the waitress was attentive and very friendly. Chicken Fried Steak tasted clean and made in house. Didnt taste frozen or off a truck. Meatloaf was ok, but not our style. Overall a nice quiet place to eat. Lots of older folks eating here.

This was my first eating here so I did not really know what to expect. When I walked in I was greated with a cheerful waiter, and then I tried the food and it was amazing! Much better then any dinner I have been to in a long time. I will defently be going back.
