Overall a good store with quality food and decent prices - HOWEVER, I have had bad experiences with their beef in the meat department. Numerous times I have bought steaks, burger or other beef cuts and gotten home only to find out that the beef is in terrible shape - edible but the inside color is brown and has terrible odor due to either air exposure or improper temperature conditions. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the beef looks good on the outside and stinks on the inside - so BEWARE! My next action will be to contact the store to try and notify them of this problem.

The lady at the Deli Counter made me hate this store which weve been using for years. After buying made to cut beef, she was very very disrespectful when I asked her if I could find someone to cut it for me. Ordered me to get the meat off the counter and even had to inspect whether I had bought this meat at the store. I was like really? Who brings their game meat to HannaFord to get it cut??? Am one very frustrated customer and am NEVER going to this store. They need to retrain their staff. The Deli gentleman was cool though. I rarely write reviews but I had to write this one!!!

This is a very small Hannaford, compared to its counterparts in Chelmsford and Lowell, but still covers an amazing array of food to please everyone for the size of the store. This is great because they offer an exceptional and convenient in and out experience, which is important since I stay very busy. The pricing for healthy food is very great too, and is in line to maybe a bit better than their competitors.

This place doesnt care about the surrrounding neighborhood. Ive been trying to work with them for months and they just tell me they will try. They run tucks at all hours of the night. Also get deliveries at times against the town ordinance. Dump trucks running after hours. Trash pick up in the middle of the night. They shouldnt be so close to houses if they only operate this stuff at night.

MERGER WITH STOP & SHOP is causing prices to increase! Hannafords is no longer competitive with Market Basket. Prices are increasing, lots of product changes not to mention deleting their assortment of organic products. Disappointing. They are also discontinuing all alcoholic products!!!

I shop here at least 3x/week. Always clean and convenient. Had a very good experience with Kim (cashier) and Kayla, with the lip ring (bagger) today. Both very friendly and Kayla did an excellent job of packing my reusable bags. Will continue to frequent this location based on the service.

They announce they are closed before their actual scheduled closing time. Their cashiers are in such a rush to leave that I just didnt get a bag of my groceries because they didnt turn the carousel around.

Poor selection of just about everything. Expensive compared to market basket. They dont have corn tortillas, and the only hummus they have has sugar in it (ew). The layout also makes it hard to find things.

Best in the area. Right now they are having a promotion, by 4 of their branded item, get 1$ off towards next grocery bill. I buy yogurts and cheese and paper goods got a 3$ coupon off my next grocery bill.
