This is THE worst ihop weve ever been to!!!!! We waited 5 minutes at the door while the employees were chit chatting in the kitchen looking at us! And I finally gave one of them like ummm we are here. So we finally got seated. The service was ok at the beginning and then our food took forever to come out and we had our kids with us! And toddlers dont have the most patience in the world! They started getting cranky and impatient. The food came out, we ordered a salad with no bacon, the salad came out with bacon on it. My fries were cold and stale, we sent them back the salad came back the way we want it but the fries came out the same, its like they took the ones I sent back and dropped it back in the hot oil. So I sent them back because I didnt want them anymore! The server didnt keep our drinks filled up, we had to ask for napkins, hot sauce, drinks, ranch. And then server tells us, she was supposed to leave a long time ago and that they were supposed to transfer the table to someone else and that her husband was waiting for her outside. And the manager sucked more than the employees. He came to "check" on us. All he said was sorry about that and he took $2 off the bill for the fries! Never going back to this location!!!

First off, the table we were seated at smelled like a child had an accident and wasnt properly cleaned. Second, hardly saw our waitress during the entire time I was there and got the impression that the staff were there to do minimal service/interaction with customers the entire time of my stay. First time seeing our waitress was when she took our drink order after, the second to take our food order when delivering drinks, the third to drop off the check we didnt ask for since we JUST got our food with a "hope the food was good" as her statement when dropping off the check and walking away, and the fourth to hunt her down so we could order some pancakes to go since other servers were ignoring us, making phone calls, standing around and wanting to talk among themselves. And since Im not leaving anything out, we walked to the front to pay for our service and were redirected back to the table we sat at without being informed prior to receiving our check since most of the IHOPs Ive been to usually pay at the front, not the table soo we had to wait even more for our waitress to acknowledge we wanted to leave and wont be returning to this location - period. Dont recommend going to this location at all.

My family came here for dinner after my fathers graduation from the nearby University of Texas at Arlington, we actually chose IHOP at last minute because it was the only restaurant in the Arlington area open after 10pm and we surly made a good decision. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. We came in as a group of 8 people and everything went great, the food was very delicious and hot, and the drinks were great too, but most of all our wonderful waitress Christina was very helpful and patient in everything, from taking our orders to bringing out our food, to going up and down, running back and forth between getting cups of salsa and other condiments and takeaway boxes she was just awesome throughout the whole time we were there. The experience was really great and we dont regret coming here at all, and hope to come back in the future!

Great quality food taste, great service been other IHOP on area but no one like this. Rather do a long drive to really enjoy food and service. Muy buen restaurante no sólo la calidad de la comida el servicio del personal es excelente siempre tienen personal bilingue. He estado en otros restaurantes IHOP en el área pero ninguno como ese en servicio y calidad preferible manejar un poco más

The wait staff took quite the time to seat us. Our order didnt seem to be much of a priority, and we had to repeat our drink order when they came back to the table moments after asking for it. The food was delicious, though it took a bit on the long side for the average order time of most IHOP restaurants. If you are looking to get some food from IHOP, and can afford to go a little out of your way to another, it may be best to do just so. I love the food this chain has to offer, but the waiting time and service quality was just not worth coming to this IHOP over others.

Cant complain about the wait on a sunday morning. Thats any breakfast spot in the world. But man was my food all messed up. First of all the eggs where not cooked all the way...the egg white was very gooy....super nasty. Second my hashbrowns where semi raw and cold. Bacon was basically a piece of rubber. And our waffle was cold and soft, not crispy AT all. Our french toast was actually pretty good and hot. I love breakfast food but im going to waffle house from now on. Food just taste better there. Super disappointed. Don t think i will be going back.

The two stars are solely for the food. We saw the waitress a total of 4 times. Once to take our drink order, the second to take our food order, the third to drop off the check we didnt ask for as we had JUST gotten our food, and the fourth to hunt her down so we could order some pancakes to go. Wouldnt have even seen her the fourth time except that no matter how much we called for other servers and even the manager we were ignored. Can not recommend this location unless youre here to grab food and leave with it immediately. The service is atrocious.

I was at a table unaddressed and ignored for 17 mins. Four waitresses and a manager stood there just talking and glancing at us from time to time. The party of 2 and 6 that were seated after us, had already been served their drinks while we were just hoping someone would speak or even say "Ill be right with you". Kinda feel like it was because we are a black lesbian couple but we just decided to leave without even speaking to the manager who seemed perfectly fine we werent being served. Will also be calling corporate.

First time at this location. Dine in alone around 7am. Waited about 8 minutes before order was taken. I ask for hot syrup for my pancakes (should have been offered) 5 minutes later the guy comes back with a to-go box. I informed him of what i was needing again and then waited another 3 minutes. Overall, I felt like i was very rushed and didnt recieve the courtesy that the other customers and not really sure why. I was never check on even though they continued to check on the other tables.

Usually, the service is great. In 3/26, I sat at the table for about 20 minutes til the waitress came for drinks. Then, she went and sat down at a table and was talking to coworkers and pulled out her phone. So had to wait another 30 minutes for her to come take my order for food. And she didnt even check on my table at all. She walked by me numerous of times and only asked "was everything ok twice." Not gonna forget her name and make sure that I never sit in her section again. "Haley!"
