The service completely sucked!!! They got our order all the way wrong several times. This place was out of food : original chicken, pot pies, lemonade, biscuits and tea. They kept stalling, to keep from refunding our money! The staff was rude as hell and when we complained they pretended to not be able to understand English! I had to contact another site to get the information for the corporate office because these people said they didnt even know who there managers were, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY TO SUPPORT THIS SITE. AND THIS WAS AT 6PM. They should have been able to prepare more food.

At KFC, I order 3 piece meal "white". Kid: here or to go? Me: go please Me: what pieces are in That? Kid: 2 thighs 1 leg Me: I need white please Kid: checks the register screen and says they are white. Me: legs and thighs are not white. Kid: these are. Me: no,,, like breast and wings. Kid: white? Me: do you have a manager? Manager, young short female. Bang, got it under control with the rest of the order. All correct too. Thanks Miss.

Taking orders cant speak good english...order a meal ask for condiments n cant give correct condiments..then get home n they forgot my biscuit that came with my meal. Called them..I can give you 2 free biscuits tmrw..tf I want with 2 biscuits after being inconvenienced. Could at least offer to replace food. Just moved to Bedford. Normally go to Hurst Pipeline location but searched for a closer one n Im sorry I did.

We have gone over 4 months once a week. Employees not friendly. We had to wait over 20 min for our food because they said they did not have any ready. For not being a busy place they are slow each?time we came. Thank goodness we are never in a hurry. We go there because my daughter i pick up from school likes the chicken little. If there was a chikfli we would not go to this KFC

Had no chicken to sell the girl working the front counter must have just gotten released from prison with the attitude she had. And even though we tried working around what they did have cooked it wasnt enough for us to stay and deal with them to many restaurants around to beg a place to sell you food wont be back!

I went to the restroom befor we ordered and left immediately, the restroom was filthy, like a 2 inch nasty dark ring around the toilet so I wouldnt even go, Id rather went behind the dumpster and Im a female. EWWWW

Place does not close until 10PM customer service sucked! They did not want to make pot pies! Pulled up at 9:28 man at window said sorry only 1 available that means make another!!! U get paid to satisfy customers!

Dont do the drive-thru. The piece of chicken they gave me was terrible -- old and dried out. Of course, it appeared fine on the outside -- didnt discover how awful it was until I got home.
