Excellent customer service! My daughter has food allergies and they were overly helpful! One of the managers (cant remember her name but she had short hair) was very sweet and went out of her way to make sure that the sandwich for my little girl was allergy free. they even offered to keep on file my daughters information so when we came in again they would know exactly what to put on it. AMAZING!!! but we dont live near here, we were just passing through but i was definitely impressed! *side note* They make their own mayo and it is dairy, tree nut, peanut and soy free! (very hard to come by) And tastes delicious!

I had a drink missing from my to-go-order and no way to get back to the shop that day to pick it up. I called in and the Manager Lindsay Carter told me she would take care of it if we came back by replacing the drink as well as refunding the purchase. I called ahead and made sure that offer was valid she remembered who I was and they paid for my entire order!!! Mistakes happen, but how you choose to rectify the mistakes is what matters! Wonderful food and experience over all. Thank you to Marissa Mitchell as well.

not using this store ever again. they always have problems or mess up orders. Today they called me and stated their driver had bad brakes and asked me to come pick up the food I had ordered... I canceled the order. I have ordered multiple times and rarely does an order get delivered as I ordered it. Buyer beware.

Great sandwiches! Their sandwiches are full of flavor, and so good. Their pickles are the really good kind, and their soups and shakes are good too. The Dream Bars sold by the register are indeed dreamy. Ive never been disappointed by anything from Potbelly.

Potbelly is hands down my favorite sandwich shop. I am a huge fan of their Wreck sandwich. Highly recommended. This location frequently has live music during my mid week lunch breaks which are around noon. Fun.

We had the chicken salad and the turkey breast sandwiches. Regular drinksband sandwiches came to 13.50 with tax. Sandwiches were very good. They also have soup but we didnt have any. Will be back.

This place is very good. However, when we make a group order for my office they ALWAYS mess it up. Everytime I order seperately for pick up it is perfect. That is my only complaint.

I love eating here for lunch. Its close to work and its nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly and service is fast. I always get the original reck and its yummy lol.
