Went through drive through yesterday. Tried to use calendar card and App treat. Attendant in drive through was not trained properly and assured me that the 2 items I was suppose to receive free would come off the bill. After picking up my order both were charged and there was no credit. Line and traffic way too busy to go back through the line so I called later in the afternoon when they were less busy. Spoke to a team leader who explained to me what I should have done differently & said the only way to receive credit was to come back to the store and re-purchase the items so they could credit me back. I was sick and went through the drive through because I couldnt be exposed to others and I explained the situation to the leader. He seemed indifferent. Lesson learned-ALWAYS just sit at the drive through and review your receipt no matter how busy they are and how fast they through the bags into your car! I have been going to this location since they opened and very disappointed in my last few visits!

We love Chick-fil-a, and frequent it. However, that being said I am glad there an alternate location. This chick-fil-a is not nearly as friendly as the other and they act put out every time I try to place a catering order(which is usually around $200). This is unfortunate because it is closer to my office but not worth the hassle when they will argue with me about taking the order and tell me how many other ways I can do it. I will just go to the one Roanoke or hit Panera if I need closer catering from now on. This location is mediocre as far as chick-fil-a standards are concerned.

Before I started to work here "Soutlake", I enjoyed every bit of the service, the food! even the play area! Well as a kid that was my home! that was where I pretty much where I wanted to go every single day. Now 8 years later Im working at MY FAVORITE restaurant! When Im off work they treat me like a normal customer and are extremely fast! I guarantee you wont find any other food chain like Chick-Fill-A! Also, who else says "my pleasure"! no one! Thats amazing! I will continue to eat here and server here!

Took 7 minutes to even be able to park. A co-worker and I were sharing a salad so I asked for extra dressing and bowel. I received my order with nothing extra. Had to fight almost tooth and nail to receive. Then! The chicken that they put on the side without request was not only not sliced it was also cold.. Never coming back to this location the story is always the same...

This is the best restaurant ever. Its my favorite place to eat. I come here everyday and I want to get married in this Chick-fil-A and eat chicken nuggs for every meal. I love how this place gives me good vibes and never fails to put a smile on my face. The ice cream is always amazing. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars. Chick-fil-A is my life ❤️ I love you

Usually come inside at this location. Its well kept, restrooms are nice, and the staff has always been friendly. If you enjoy eating chicken, Id recommend coming here for a quick bite to eat. Theres also a little indoors playground at this location. Theres usually 2-3 kids playing in it when I come.

They can never get an order right. The items may be correct that they hand to me however they are always gross. Either old, crap piece of chicken, greasy, or fries that are hard as a rock. Just sad chick fil a should be better. Well the other locations are so go to them and avoid this one.

Service is always slow, and the food is arguably the worst of any chick fil a ive ever been to. As a southlake resident I have probably ordered the chicken burrito 10 plus times, and nearly every time its dry, and has hardly anything in it. Its one of the worst chick fil a ive been to.

Breakfast burrito was made with dry possibly 2 day old chicken. Manager (hopefully not owner) had just arrived and I observed her duck into an area so she wouldnt be seen. A younger shift leader assisted, but ? Manager did not say a word...

This place is truly awesome i would give you 5 stars but i just kinda hate seeing the employees outside in the heat i dont think they should be doing such job for $7-$10 an hour, if you guys change this i will be so happy and rate you 5 stars

I thought the long line at the drive thru on my lunch was going to take forever, but they had people taking our orders from tablets in the drive and I was in and out so much faster than I thought I was going to be. #chickfilasauce

Very fast! This Chick-fil-A has their drive thru process mastered. They always have someone standing out during peak times to take your order, and the drive thru is always speedy. Also A+ customer service (like most Chick-fil-As)

Ive gone to this location several times and enjoy clean tables and courteous team. Our last take out order was not correct and receipt was not given in dining room before we left. That was the only complaint in 10+ visits.

Love Chik-fil-a. This location is always clean, they have dog treats if your pup is in your car with you. They do everything possible to move the drive-thru lines as quickly as possible. Food is always hot and fresh.

Its always busy but use the app to order online then just walk in and pick up your hot fresh food. Parking can be a challenge - park past the drive through and walk back to assure you can get back out easily.

The store is clean, the employees are polite & helpful. My only complaint is they are always busy. I went on a Monday or Tuesday the drive threw was wrapped around the building at 2or 3 in the evening.

It is very expensive and the chicken gets smaller and smaller and give you very little fries for 7.00. I got there salads for years but stopped when they started cutting up the chicken for me.

Quite possibly the SLOWEST chick-fil-a Ive ever been to! And believe me Ive been to a whole lot of them. The staff is not very friendly. If your in a hurry dont come here! It was just meh!
