I used to work in fast food so I tend to be a bit more forgiving, but today was ridiculous. Pulled up and there was a bit of a line but I dont mind waiting so I stay. I get up to order and no one says anything to me for several minutes, not even a "please wait". I finally say hello after waiting and get a man saying something I can barely hear. After waiting another minute or two hes back, a bit louder than before so I can actually hear him, and takes my order. He reads it back to me so fast I barely have time to make sure he had it right and had to confirm he had it all, which was just a B.O.B. and 3 party tacos. The line moved and I was able to move forward from there. I wait in the line of 2 other cars in front of me for about 15 minutes (which was kinda long for drive-thru service usually) and finally get to the window. The boy at the window didnt seem to care and had zero sense of urgency and it takes another 5 mins to get my food. I get my food with a "here ya go." No apologies for the wait or anything. I get back to work and found I was given no napkins. I was not offered salsa or given any indication that they were sorry about the wait. While there may have been a reason for the wait, which I could have understood, there was no reason for the lack of customer service and the lack of decency to simply say "sorry about the wait". Disappointing.

Worst Bueno Ever! Be sure to ask for pico and lots of it as these gypsies that run this branch have run it into the ground. Worst customer service experience in my life. They serve cold, old, dried up meat. Then give you an attitude when you complain. They short you on everything. Ive never had a bad experience at any other bueno in the metroplex except here. I typically drive 5 miles out of my way to steer clear of this craphole. They dont make the sauces right, picos are off, and they give you the smallest portions out of any bueno. Guess thats what happens when greedy scumbags try to run a well known franchise. It goes to crap real quick. Im not the only person who hates this particular bueno. And I am not talking about just one visit, it is multiple screwups on multiple occasions.

I used to come here all the time, and always got great service. Recently as per my visit there today my order was wrong, and there was only one car in line in front of me and none behind, there is no excuse for the poor service I received. The cashier a young guy(did not get his name) forgot my drink even though it was right beside him in plain sight. There was no sauce for my taquitos, I find this out once I get back to work. When I drove back for my sauce, I get argued with because someone "said" they put it in the bag. Its not there or I wouldnt have driven halfway across town for it. I Finally get back to work to eat and the actual food itself is wrong and burnt. Really Bueno?? Step up yalls game. Poor service & poor food.

Id give fewer stars if it were possible. I come to this restaurant once or twice a week for lunch while I am at work. I am going to find somewhere else to after your new crew treated me so rude and they were incompetent as far as taking a simple order and when I tried to ask for salsa they just slammed the window in my face. The whole crew should be in the unemployment line.

They were the worst! They shorted me two tacos and put what seemed to be about a teaspoon of beans on all the burritos and the meat was cold. I will not only avoid this Taco Bueno but after my last two experiences at another location would avoid this chain altogether. Goodbye Taco Bueno!

Im a huge fan of Bueno but i wont be back to this location. My taco had almost no meat and even less flavor. My nachos had extremely stale chips and very little cheese. I couldnt finish the chips because they were hurting my mouth. Worst dining experience, possibly ever

Service took 15 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. The food was below average, for example, the rice was hard and completely inedible. This location has really gone down hill.

Ive only been here three times, twice Ive sat in the drivethru and been ignored to the point of me leaving to get food somewhere else because I didnt have the time to wait. Never coming back

There was a spill in front of the soda machine that although was marked as "wet floor", wasnt cleaned up in the 45 minutes I sat there and ate my meal.

I like this Taco Bueno but be aware that it shares a lot with Chick-fil-a so the lunch traffic is pretty brutal around here!
