Formerly frequent customer, Pizza was usually correct and tasty, BUT Im big on attitude and the phone staff absolutely suck, they (the gals) are snotty, rude and uncaring. Last order experience finished me with them, going to the competition down the road. The gal had trouble with getting the order correct and didnt even ask about billing information and the driver had to call back to the office to run the CC, he was very apologetic but that didnt overcome the incredibly poor performance of the others. Too bad management didnt try being a secret shopper at their own store, surprise, surprise. Coupled with a poorly designed web site makes one very frustrated with the whole organization, nice catchy TV commercials though. I know local management doesnt control the web site but they sure dont make up for anything with lousy service. Hello Doms.

Ive never had a bad experience with this particular store, but after tonight I will never order from here again. I called 30 minutes after the quoted time, I was told that if the driver didnt show up in 15 minutes the meal would be paid for. So I called again after 20 minutes, waited on hold for 10 and was told to give the driver a code when he/she shows up. After the call I noticed I had missed 2 calls (which happened while I was on hold), it was from the manager saying that the order was voided and returned to the store because I didnt answer. I called the manager and explained that I was on hold when she had called me, she told me the best they could do was re order my food and deliver it for free. But it would take at least another hour plus. So I wasnt about to wait roughly 4 hours for a pizza. Dominos got it here in 20, so thats cool.

Hands down the worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. Cold slimy wings. Cheese sticks not cut. Forgotten pieces of order. Extremely expensive and none of the online coupons I tried were accepted at this location. Slow delivery on top of all that. I try Pizza Hut about once a year hoping they got their act together and every year its worse. I wont be trying anymore. Little Caesars is gourmet pizza compared to Pizza Hut. There is plenty of good local pizza places and chains in Fargo. They are all about 1000 times better than Pizza Hut in Fargo. Never been grossed out by buffalo wings or cheese bread before. But props to this location they grossed me out. At least my 2 liter was drinkable even though they forgot it on initial delivery. Avoid!!!!

Dont get me wrong, I have had my issues with this store in the past. Someone elses pizza, wrong toppings, issues with online ordering, etc. But it is consistently their great customer service and friendly delivery staff that keeps me coming back. I just spent 10 minutes on the phone after having an issue that made me want to order tomorrow. The manager I talked to took the time to eloquently describe what happened with my pizza, without blaming me: he focused on the facts. This is something I really appreciate in customer service. I understand that issues happen, and nothing is ever perfect. However, if you keep providing the service that I saw today in the face of an issue, you will never lose me as a frequent customer.

Ordered a few months ago and Waited two hours for food. Once it arrived it was all cold, undercooked, and half of the order was wrong. We called to complain and they gave us a credit. Were going to tempt fate tonight and give it a try again. If its a similar experience, ownership will hear about it. UPDATE: Shockingly, the same awful service. The rep we spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate. It was a half hour late, cold, and incomplete. The driver told us they were swamped and under paid. When I called back to find out where the order was she hung up on me. We wont be giving Pizza Hut any more business, and I encourage everyone I can to do the same.

Ordered pizza at 7:40pm, estimated delivery time was 8:35pm. At 9:15, I called the store to find out what was going on, only to be told the delivery wait time was 2-1/2 hours.... which would have been nice to know. Kept waiting and called again at 10:30. Store didnt answer, so I was forwarded to customer service. The guy that answered the phone immediately forwarded me to his supervisor. They tried to call the store, no answer... so Im SOL on dinner... Customer service was helpful, and I was compensated, but it really didnt give me back the 1-1/2 hours of sleep I missed waiting for dinner. Update: 11:10pm....pizza finally arrived.

WOW! I have seen subpar service before but the pizza hut on 13th ave in fargo takes the cake... I called in an order to carry-out and when i arrived one of the nine workers standing in the front of the store told me that my order was forgotten. So they re entered the order. This is when it gets interesting. Three disgruntled customers come in with their pizzas and point.out something icky in it. At that time i am thinking about just leaving and the straw that broke the camels back was when a male employee reached into his pants and scratched "something"! I hate to make this post because pizza hut is my favorite pizza

Pizza Hut used to be good back in the 80s/90s. They had a buffet and great breadsticks/sauce/even pasta and you could play the juke box and eat some great pizza. Not so much anymore!! No more buffets in Fargo, their food sucks now, they use cheap ingredients and it tastes like crap. Beadsticks are hard as a rock. Only thing decent is the new pasta they got, if you mix it with something. Their website sucks and is hard to navigate or order from. Avoid like the plague, instead go to Pizza Patrol or local pizza place, avoid all chains as they have replaced quality ingredients with cheap crap!

Besides the food being good there was a problem with my gift card. The card said $50 but when they ran it is seemed the card was only $15 this was my own fault for not calling to verify the amount. I ordered online so I had no way of knowing this until it was delivered. To my embarrassment I had no cash to cover the rwmaining balance the incredible driver gave me the order anyways and said they would just credit the rest. They didnt have to do this since it really was my fault. This store in my opinion has amazing customer service and will be my new go to pizza place!

I liked Nothing. Because I didnt even get to eat anything. I ordered my Pizza at around 4:45 pm, called them at 5:30 cuz I didnt hear from them. They said the order had been transferred to another store. Got a call from a delivery driver an hour later, said they wud be at the address in the next 15-20/mins...called store again said they got it out but wud take them another 15 mins. 40 mins later called the store again, the manager said they havent heard about our order. Offered the $30 credit but we never got out food. It was 8:00 pm at the time

Ordered online for a scheduled delivery, called the store to change to an earlier time and was told it would be delivered earlier. By the time our original order time came I called the store the told me it was going out the door, but to wait for a manager. After 7 minutes I got hung up on then Noone would answer after that. Went to the store 25 minutes after waiting and apparently my order is MIA. They offered to make another order, pointless since my family is gone for the evening now and it will be 2 to 3 days to refund my order...
