This restaurant has really gone downhill. The last couple of times Ive been here I had to return the food and ask them to make it fresh, which we all know it already takes about 20 min to get your food so each time I was there for almost an hour.my last visit I went inside to return my food and there was a young Mexican boy at the register. He was very stupid and childish, Im beginning to question the reason places hire young people because they obviously cant operate without an overseer. Anyway, I ordered my breakfast along with orange juice. He told me he couldnt give me the orange juice until I have him my debit card. With all the scams going on and that thief at Starbucks, I felt w treacherous vibe coming from him. He thought it was a joke, if I didnt have to go to work I wouldve showed him how funny I thought it was. I told him to get the manager and asked her if that was true and she looks at him puzzled and goes no. He laughs. I said I dont see what you think is funny. Bottom line that place either needs to remove that boy from the register or the whole place in general. Havent been back since then and that used to be my spot for 2am study nights.

This location doesnt have there stuff together. I come thru the drive asking for a #1 with lettuce, mayo, and cheese with a cookie. They young lady then reads my order correct and gave me someones elses meal like really. Keep in mind I didnt know the order was wrong until I got back go the hotel assuming my food was correct when she read it to me. I get back to my hotel (3rd floor ) having to call the manager, he then offered to replace the meal. I come back to the drive thru to the intercom and relayed the details to the same young lady who gave me the wrong meal. I went to lane B because I shouldnt have to wait in lane A since I already did that initally. The young lady tells me I have to come back around to lane A for safety reasons after dark 12:17am Im like okay I can get with that, luckily I waited behind one person . After getting to the window she asked for a receipt. I told her she didnt give me one with the wrong order. So we went over my order for the 3rd time. 12:28am. I finally get my meal with an extra cookie. I know better next time to check my meal before leaving the drive thru.

Worst service ever!!!This lady named Cindy (looked like one of the managers) was so rude and disrespectful. Ordered inside and asked for a few minutes to take a look at the menu and she seemed to get mad cause apparently I was taking too long. I ordered a kids meal but I didnt get the drink. When I asked for a chocolate milk she said she didnt charge me for it. I said she never asked me what kind of drink I wanted but she gave me an attitude. This is so unacceptable specially coming from management. I love this burgers but Im never going back to this location again.

Overall, I think this particular Whataburger is good. I do have a complaint about the cheese burgers being served cold and the cheese was not melted. If you want a fresh Whataburger thats hot, you need to order it with grilled onions or ask to cut the onions, that way its made fresh and hot. I think mostly they are making up burgers and letting them sit until ordered. Otherwise, the fries and drinks are good and the staff at this joint are super friendly. I will eat here again!

First I arrived at 12:54pm and didnt leave until 1:26am and there was only 2 people in front of me. They got my order wrong and realized before handing it to me and instead of telling me they messed up they completely ignored me. When I finally got my food my onions ring were so soggy dripping in old grease. Plus all the food had extremely weird after taste. They attempted to make it up to me by throwing in some old ass apple pie. Over all I regret ever eating here.

Never have had worse service in my life. Time and time again they eff the living doo honkey out of your order. Better order it the way it comes or expect a catastrophy. Add a cookie to the order and expect something to be missing. Ask for no onions, expect extra onions and cold fries. Not to mention it takes me an average of 15-25min to go thru drivethru at this so called fast food restaurant. Eff this place unless your effed up at 4am and cant eat mcdonalds.

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had here was tonight. I am a manager in the service industry. I have been a manager in food in the past. The only saving grace of this store is Tahnee. I hope I spelled her name right. Whoever the manager that was on duty tonight was, needs to get an attitude check. Order still isnt right after having it made twice. Im furious. Never had an issue until tonight!

! The only thing brighter than than the order taker is the menu lights. We waited out 11 cars to become the only car in line, waited 15 minutes from "hold on", gave half an order and heard another "hold on". After another 10 minutes and 3 empty replies to "hello" we took off... The food is as good as the service is awful...

After Two years of working in Arlington this whataburger seems to be above the rest. No matter if its midnight or lunch time the food is great- never have I been disappointed. The staff is sincere, professional and motivated. Rather pick this place out of all the other fast food burger joints. Keep up the good work please!

Manager and worker had words about clean something. They should have taken to a place where customers could not hear nor see it. Both was in the wrong. He the manager should have pulled hwr a side. And she should not talk to the manager l8ke ahe did. Telling him not to talk to her she can not stand him. All i can say is wow

Oh my god! Twice at this place and they have messed my order up. No salt gave me spicy ketchup instead of regular. Or hell even asking if I wanted spicy or regular. Last night. No straws. Ketchup. Salt. Napkins. Nothing. Even forgot my apple pie. I will never return here. I think others should stay away from here.

First time going there and will never go back!! First off, I didnt receive a receipt after paying. Then my order was wrong, the box looks half empty, the food is cold, and to top it all off...there was a hair in my bag! When I called, they asked if I was coming back, then said just come another day. Never again!!!

Friendly voice over the intercom, made a suggestive sell but was not pushy about it, repeatedly our order, made sure it was correct then gave our total. We were sent to outside lane and cashier hopped out to collect money, he was friendly and very courteously. When food was brought it was hot fresh and correct.

Past five times orders have been wrong and when you complain about it they catch an attitude. If I have to drive back from home or work because they cant do their one job I should get not only my correct order but a free meal. If I do it five times in a row Im thinking something needs to happen.
