First, it took them almost 5 minutes for at one person to come to the counter and take my order. It happens, and they apologized for it, so it wasnt to big of a deal. But as I went to get my drink, the floor around that areas was horrible. Sticky stains, straw wrappers on the floor, counter was horrible and I was afraid to place my cup on the counter. So next, I walked around to find a seat, and almost every table was not wiped. Some even looked liked the floor by the fountain drinks. This was only in the main dining area. I didnt bother to look in the play area. Now I came in around 2:15 pm and service was pretty slow, some drive thru, and two families dining in. Coming from fast food employee experience, I thought to myself it doesnt take but one person to wipe tables. So assumed someone would eventually come by to wipe, and out of about 4-5 workers (that how many I saw working at the time) none came to clean the area throughout the entire time I was there....and I was there for about 45 minutes. I didnt bother to use the restroom, I just hope it was clean. The only pluses I can give was that the food came out quick and the burgers and fries had there Burger King taste. Thats the reason why I still like Burger King. Please clean up the service and the restaurant at this location, because no matter how good the food is, if the service is low and the restaurant is filthy customers wont ever come back.

I went though the drive through and order 10 orders of chicken nuggets fine. No went home and 5 orders were missing at this point Im getting a little upset. So I looked for my receipt ok not there was not given to me in the bag. A little more irritating so I looked the number up online got the number disconnected called another store in the area so they can give me the number no number so they have me a cell number fine cool. I called guy told me they would take care of it plus give me three orders of fries so I was like cool ok still a little mad that I had to waste gas getting there but ok. Drive there we asked to speak to the manager the counter person told me hes been gone so asked to speak to another manager. She came up and we told her what happen and how it happens she acted like she didnt know what to do and the guy from the counter I dont remember that order um just look it up on the system "hint". Getting angry at this point but keeping cool. The manager said ok they gave the 5 orders to us and two orders of fries. It was obvious the guy back there was mad that I came back and called him out on the order. All the other guy that took the order was doing was on his phone not paying attention the fries were bad. But the chicken nuggets were good surprisingly. If youre looking to go to that store look at what you have in your bag and make sure you got a receipt to avoid anything like this...

I arrived in the drive thru at 5:56am , and I sat there at drive thru microphone for 10 minutes. The employee did not greet me to ask what I would like to order. I drove up to the window and I saw an employee inside. I then drove around to the front door where I saw an employee open the front door to let in a male, female, and a baby in a stroller. I got out of my car to enter the store but the door was locked The male saw me walk up to the door but turned his back ignoring me. I pulled the door that was locked, he turned to me and rudely motioned for me to drive around. I got back in my car and drove around to the drive thru for a second time, and after a couple of minutes an employee finally took my order. When I drove up to the window to pay I received no apology or acknowledgement that I had been waiting now over 13 minutes. I was the only car in line and the drive thru monitor says that the drive thru is now open 24 hours. This was the worst customer service ever. If store 9125 will not be open at until well after 6:10am , the store needs to turn off the neon open sign and change the opening time to 7:00am. This was horrible service and BK needs to be ashamed. Do not visit this store if you value your time money. The service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Today I visited this place. There was a lack of employees and they decided to shut down the DT service so I walked inside. There were only 2 customers infront of me with a small purchase. The manager was talking over the phone complaining about the cashier "not doing anything" but yet she was just on the phone. Cashier took my order, I checked it and saw everything was there. Except when I got home all my fries were old and cold. All my 4 Burgers looked more like "sloppy" BK burgers and nuggets were undercooked. I understand they were short on people but they were not busy with customers to be in such a hurry to make such a mess with our food. Yet the manager took the time to greet her family/friends but not the rest of the customers. Yet she kept complaining she didnt have enough ppl. She should of been helping her crew and making sure they met their food standards which they did NOT do at all.

Drive thru service always slow, but no other problems until this visit. Had a coupon which I told the person about, but he was through listening and gave the regular total. I drove up and presented the coupon (which I looked at before presenting). He did not look at it, but threw it in a bin with a whole lot of coupons and quoted the regular price again. I told him about the coupon again. After looking confused at the register for a minute, he motioned to the manager on duty to help. The manager sent an off duty employee to help. He stated the employee stated I had given him the wrong coupon (when I had checked it before giving it him and it was lost in the bin). I drove off without my food. Please....dont ever visit this customer service joke again, where staff and management are incompetent and dont care.

Literally the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. The open sign is ALWAYS on, yet when you go through the drive through at 10 pm, theres no cook, or theres no burgers, but there are a million varied excuses as to to why this place isnt functioning. After speaking to my neighbors about it, I found out this Burger King has been this useless for YEARS!!! Do not go here unless you want to spend 30+ minutes in the drive through. And if someone comes behind you, you cant escape even when you realize youve made a huge, time-costly mistake. If I could rate it at zero stars if I could . Ive gotten what I wanted once from this place been back three or four times just hoping they have their act together, or a new staff, or a new manager, but noooooope. Youre better off making a burger from scratch.
