Este local es el pollo del no ay!. No tenian "Coca-Cola",. No tenian "tapa para los vasos de las bebidas" las tortillas estaban frias", los "chips estaban quemados" los baños estaban jediendos.. definitivo yo no vuelvo a llegar a ese local..

When I went there I told the clerk to hold on she spoke Spanish back .... I dont speak Spanish but she assumed I did.. And keep speaking. To me in Spanish .I couldnt understand what she was saying...... I am half Hispanic and half Japanese ....I go to Asian places but they dont except me to speak Japanese to them. Furthermore she couldnt get me order right. Its really frustrating I really like the food their but if I cant order what I want wahts the point!

Pollo regio si not the same it was like 6 yrs ago really bad customer service at this location me and my family went there at 9:05 and they dont close till 10 pm and they stop making chicken way before 9 pm I wont recommend this place at all and to the owner and store mgr please give an appropriate training to "employees" so they can treat your customers properly like a person and no animals

El servicio fue muy bueno, nos avisaron que el pollo iba a tardar y por eso nos dieron las bebidas grandes a precio de chica. Al final no tardo tanto y todo estuvo muy bueno.

Horrible service! They always mess up on the order specially to go orders.. pay extra for hot sauce and when i got home there were any hot sauce neither the one that come in the order and the other 3 i purchased. i called to report it and their solution was "next time bring your ticket and we will give you the 3 hot sauce" and i live 30 min away smh...

The chicken is amazing but honestly to the boss the owner your employees suck i guess they are not happy w their job please tell them customers cone first they cannot be racist or neglect someone cause we look mexican or black whit asian etc..... Its rrally good food and i was very disappointed it about how your employees treat the customers.

I like to call in my order from work for lunch and they never answer. One time they did answer and put me on hold and never answered me again so I went there and told the girl to hang up the phone. She had the phone laying by the cash register and she was just laughing and flirting with the other workers. Service is terrible there

Gave me the complete wrong order. When I called to have the situation corrected, the GM told me she "didnt know who i was, and the cashier couldnt remember the order from off the top of her head, so I must be lying" When I asked for the oweners number I was told she didnt know it. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

Really ticked me off its 9:28 they dont close till 10 pm and told me that cant make me food because they shut it down to clean and they dont want to clean it again! Pure laziness Id boycott them for good if I wasnt addicted to their sauce

TERRIBLE! They gave me a tostada. I was looking at it and the chicken was dry and crusty. and the guacamole warm , soggy and kinda black. after i ate it , it made my stomach hurt and I was on the toilet for a while.

Great tasting chicken and good service. The birds are small though. One chicken will not feed a family of four so you have to fork the extra cash for the second bird. About 30 bucks for a family of four.
