Is "0" stars an option? Worst group dining experience of my life. We were in town for the Squirt International hockey tourney and thought BWW would be a good spot for a team meal. It wasnt. We had called 2 weeks in advance to give the manager notice of our group coming in for lunch. We also called in advance the day of our visit and then had a few parents arrive before the team to try and expedite the process and make the staffs life a little easier. Wasted effort. It took over an hour to receive the 1st plates of food and the last were over 2 hours. The staff, as much as they may have tried, was inefficient and incompetent in their efforts. My food had clearly been done for quite a while before it was delivered, evidenced by the cold temperature and nearly indestructible rock hard bun my burger came on. All of this while we watched other patrons come, eat their meals and go long before we sniffed our food. The incompetency of the restaurant was fully exposed when we dropped into Old Chicago unannounced the following day for lunch and were promptly served, fed and on to the rest of our day in an hour...and they appreciated our business and served us with a smile. BWW never again, at least not in Fargo, ND.

Our service was poor. During the 1.5 hours we were there, our server only visited our table three distinct times: once (after 15 minutes wait) to take our order, the second (after an additional 30 minutes wait) to deliver our food, and the third to bring us our bill. I ordered a sandwich and fries, and the fries were cold and rubbery to begin with - I complained and was immediately brought more fries (also cold and rubbery), but before I was able to comment on this to the server, she disappeared for nearly the remainder of our say. Finally, when billing came around, they agreed to take one dollar off the meal for the fries. After more complaining, they took an additional dollar off as I didnt eat the fries. Considering the cost at the end, that has to be the worst $6.85 sandwich Ive ever had. That was the sixth and last attempt (for me) to eat at that establishment. The service is always poor (though this time it was exceptionally so), and the food is sub-par at best. The only reason to visit this establishment is for the camaraderie of friends, not to actually enjoy ones meal.

We go in. There is no one in the front desk for 5 minutes. Somehow one person comes in and takes us to the booth. We ordered food and said some of us were vegetarian and could you please seperate vegetarian food from non-veg and bring it in a different plates. First, they brought a wrong order and left without asking if the food was right or we needed anything else. Had to call one of them for 5 to 6 minutes and he came to our table asking if the there was any problem. We asked to take the food back and bring our order. Then a lady came with our order but there was beef on it. BEEF ON VEGETARIAN FOOD. And Beef is against our religion. And the waiter came and asked if we wanted to order anything else and charge on our bill. We asked if they could bring the food without beef and just veg. They brought only half of the food. Its was a terrible and a very poor experience. The only thing that was good was water.

I normally like to go on college night when I am in town for the weekend. When they first started it it was a good deal. Now its a total scam and they dont stand by their sales. First they added the rule you have to buy a drink. And now they refuse to give you to go boxes for the food I PAID FOR! Dont have specials if you arent going to stand by them! Second it took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks after sitting down. I literally had to waive a random person down every time I needed something. The only conversation I had with my waiter is when he refused me a to go box and I proceeded to pay my bill with no tip and take my food anyway. Not gonna call the cops on food that was paid for so bite me. Not eating here again. Horrible service and a new policy every time I eat there.

Having worked at a buffalo wild wings before i thought that the food i was going to receive would be good and the order complete but when i got there at the time it said it would be ready i still had to wait for them to finish it. Then when i got home i saw that they didnt give me part of my order so i had to go back and get the rest of the food. By the time i got home all of the food was cold and not really that good and to make thing even better i found out that they didnt make all of the food the way they should have so i got to eat cold burnt food that was missing items that should have been there. Cant say im going to this buffalo wild wings again.

Horrible just horrid service Ive had in a long time. Waited 25 minutes before we got our food order taken. Waitress probably walked back and forth to 2 other tables like 5 times before getting to ours. She was definitely more interested in the other table than ours. Upon getting our food, forgot about everyone elses but mine of course. Went to pay for my meal and to pay for a friends meal because it was his birthday, and she gave me the wrong tab to pay for. Horrible waitress, and it was not even a busy night.

Food is good, however the customer service...not so good. I eat out a lot and the food here is pretty good no lie but every time I come in the service is horrible, takes forever to get food even when its super slow and waiter/waitress never comes back to check or have a smile on their face and unfortunately I keep coming back because it is so close to campus! So I would give it at least a 3 for the food!

the food is typical of BWW and so is everything else except this bartender...... 1/19/15 6:00 on...... I havent seen someone this self absorbed and disinterested in his patrons in a long time. WOW. Ive watched him ignore me and the man next to me enough that Im going to pay for my beer and go next door to Taco Bell for dinner. No people presence at all. YIKES!

Wish I could change how many dollar marks are for this franchise because its too expensive for a sports bar. This is the rare occasion weve gotten good service but for two appetizers four drinks and a dessert is was over $60.00. Ridiculous. I could have gotten a soup, bread sticks, and an entree at Olive Garden for cheaper AND that would include three people.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this specific location is below par. Most of the time food is brought to us cold. The wait staff is always very friendly to help out and fix the issue, but they shouldnt be bringing out cold food to begin with. OK Sundays students get half off which is awesome.
