This is the worst dim sum restaurant I have ever been to! Horrible service and the restaurant smells horrible. The first thing you will see is the dirty unclean fish tanks and the smell of cockroach spray. Once we sat down we realize the tables are sticky and dirty. Their bathrooms are so dirty that we decided just to not use it. Our server snapped at us and was mad we ordered something that was only served only on the weekend. She yelled and was impatient when I asked a few questions about the menu. The final straw was when she was not only rude to me but impatiently made a really rude remark to my Sifu and I knew that we just had to go. My parents owns a successful Chinese restaunt in KC and the restaurant has been in bussiness for almost 30 years and my husband and I plan on taking it over. I know what it takes to run a successful Chinese restaurant and I am shocked to see how a Chinese restaurant as horrible as this is still open. My honest advice is they should really clean up this restaunt and really teach their employees to not snap or be impatient with customers. Its too bad we didnt even get a chance to order but maybe its for the best because I dont want to get sick. We have tried Hong Kong Royal just yesterday and I highly recommend that place! It really breaks my heart to see a restaurant can fail so badly. Restaurant is hard work and its sad to see a failing restaunt. I hope they clean up their act or they really will close.

We loved it, Gr8 customer service! It was after 3, but management came to our table and personally said she would still give us the lunch special (it ended at 3 and it was 3:15)! We used to go to King Chinese bbq, but the staff was very racist towards myself and my fiance. We are black, but love all types of Asian cuisines, so we started going once a week. We figured after a few weeks, they would warm up to us and our very generous tips, but ummm no. Just mean glares and whispers..really? So after 4 months of this sort of treatment, we had had enough. No black ppl money for poor rude racist service. So ABC is not only delicious, but friendly. New favorite spot for sure!

Came here with family for the first time a week ago. It was at night, not very busy. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. The manager/owner/whatever was just sitting there, staring at us from across the room. Finally, a waitress starts calling across the room, asking us where we wanted to sit. The waitresses cant speak English very well. They do speak Mandarin/Cantonese/a little Vietnamese. The food was pretty quick to come and great. However, this isnt the prettiest restaurant. The crab/lobster tanks are really murky, and sit right at the doorway. A little bit of the tablecloth was stained.

This is one of the few locations in the metroplex offering authentic dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. You should check it out, especially if you have never tried dim sum before. A good time to come is lunchtime on the weekends, when there is a large selection of dishes served from pushcarts, but they also offer a large menu selection anytime. If you are not familiar with dim sum, just check out the "dim sum" page on wikipedia for some background information and example dishes. I found the "shao mai" (steamed pork dumplings, a dim sum staple item) to be especially tasty here.

The visit to this restaurant with my family was awesome as the atmosphere was different from the traditional restaurant. The endless service to fresh and delicious vegetable made this place a unique experience for my family. It is interesting to note that though the wait to get a seat was a little long, it was worth it as the awesomeness of the service employees make the restaurant a place I will recommend to friend and family. Needless to add that the i will need to take my carry-out dish the next time I visit.

First time trying out this place and how they serve your Dim Sum is off the menu. You get s menu and tell them what you wants and they bring the food to you. No one is pushing the cart like most traditional Dim Sum restaurants. Also we told them that we like to get this one particular dish and they never bring it to us and we keep repeating several time to them. We just ended up not telling them anymore and done with the lunch. Service was not that impressive. Will not recommended.

I dont like dim sum, so this is based on their regular menu... what Ive had is great! The fried rice is fantastic, Ive had about 4 variations, all awesome. First time I went in the guy that runs the show was awesome, he was worried only about pleasing us, not wanting us to order too much because it isnt as good reheated.. he lost money because he had that much pride in his product, and it worked, I love it! And, it is a suprisingly nice joint for the area it is in.

First and last time coming to this restaurant. Service was horrible and the food was 3 out of 10. The waitress walked away in the middle of an order, resulting in having to make multiple orders. No extra napkins or drink refills given even after requesting. Plates were being taken before asking if we were done eating. Nearly the whole staff was on break eating at a near by table. This place lacks professionalism.

How can it have 5 stars from customers? Went there for lunch with only 2 tables of customer including mine. They mess up the orders with just 2 tables of orders. Ordered 2 dish. The 1st dish came out with metal scrubbing sponge in it. The second has hair in it. No apology were given and the owner is so rude like it is our fault. Terrible service.

My friend came from Bangkok to visit. He wanted to eat dim sum and I heard of this place through a friend of mine. First off let me say. Amazing service! Everyone was so great and the place was clean. I would recommend if you like dim sum this is a place to try. They had so much variety that I couldnt keep up. I will definitely be back.

ABC is just not only well known for thier seafood dim sum, but also for their main menu as well. Their most popular is crab fried and korean beef ribs. A plate of crab fried rice can serve up to 8 people. One of the best Chinese restaurants in the DFW Meteroplex. Their service is great, food is freshly made until you order it.

The dim sum was excellent and the food is much more authentic than a typical Chinese restaurant in America, but service is poorly organized and slow. Our noodles never came until I had given up and give to pay. The manager just told me that it was the kitchens fault and that we werent the only customers... No apology offered.

The food is really good but if you looking for a wedding party, dont go here. They will turn off your music and kick you out as soon as they can. Also you should eat lunch only, dont go for dinner, the food will take long time to prepare and the amount of food in dinner will have lesser than the amount of food in lunch
