I have previously ordered from here before for delivery. Twice to be exact. For my third time I place my order and they say it was going to be 45 mins. I call 1 hour later to see whats going on. And they tell me they dont deliver to the mall (where I work) so I let them Know that Ive ordered from here and they have delivered with no problems or questions asked (we are 5 mins away from this place) I get to speak to 3 rude ass men telling me Im lying because they have never delivered here and they dont deliver here. They gave me an option to wait another 25-45 mins or a refund. So I ask for a refund. And the man said "ok" and flat out hung up on me. So I called dominos which is literally a few doors down from this Chinese place. And they delivered just fine. Most horrible experience

I LOVE China One! I lived in China, in Shanxi Province, and I am picky about my food. Their steamed dumpIings are the best- and huge! I recently ordered right before close or a large group. They stayed open for me to pick it up, helped me to my car, and loaded me up with extra sauces, wonton crisps, and fortune cookies. (Most of the cookies fortunes only said, "Your best fortune is in the next cookie." with the next Dreamworks Panda movie advertised. Recently, they hired a couple of people to man the phone who speak excellent English. In the past, it has been hard to understand and be understood, but no longer. Food can be a bit too salty at times, but it depends on what you order.

Ive been a customer for over 4 years. Had a bad experience with my food and called back. Person told me to bring food back. I live in West Fort Worth. Brought the food back two days later when I came back to work in Grand Prairie and was told too bad, you waited too many days. (I explained that I was a loyal customer and I wasnt going to drive all the way to bring the food back with no extra compensation). Also when I was having that issue, a food and health inspector from the city of Arlington was there and said they had refrigeration issues where food had been spoiling.VERY BAD customer service and SPOILING FOOD. I feel ultimately disrespected.

Delivery time was estimated at 50 min-1hr, knock on the door at 48 minutes. Awesome. Now the food - egg rolls were from Sams Club. Pot stickers were the fattiest, lardiest dumplings Ive ever eaten. Wife and I ate a combined total of one out of an order of six. General Tsos chicken was bright red and had a sweet flavor. It tasted okay, but it wasnt General Tsos chicken. The food wasnt bad enough to throw away, but not good enough to order from again. Too bad! The search for a Chinese place in S. Arlington that has decent delivery, even if you order after 7:30 continues. Overall - two stars.

The food is ok but on 2 consecutive times when ordering to be delivered and paying via debt card, I noticed they charged me more than I signed for. The first time it was by $5.00 and when I called them to discuss they said that a manager would need to talk to me. They took my phone number and I never got a call back. The second time they over charged again by $1.00 after giving the driver a generous tip. I called again and they person on the phone told me they did not. I will never order food from them again as they are doing criminal acts with my money!

Dont let the looks of the store put you off, the food here is fantastic! Tastes very authentic and flavorful without adding any extra seasonings or sauces. I typically take soy sauce on my mei fun. However, this was so flavorful on its own I felt it would be a shame, as well as unecessary, to add anything. The service was reasonably timed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for reasonably priced Asian cuisine!

I especially like this restaurant because I dont taste the msg after-taste or saltiness typically associated with other Chinese restaurant food. They accommodate my requests for light sauces or on the side with no hassle or charge. The chicken tastes like chicken, beef like beef, broccoli like broccoli, etc. The people Ive interacted with have been friendly. The prices and delivery times are reasonable. For fast food, it is good choice.

I have been ordering here for about Three years. The Food is pretty good, although have gotten what might have been "old" food on a couple of occasions. Delivery is always faster than expected. Only negative is the "customer service". Their attitude is as if they really dont to be there, every single time. But even with the mediocre service, I continue ordering from them. Food 4.5/5 Delivery 4/5 Service 2/5

Has anyone ever noticed how dirty the walls, doors, floor and counter is? The food is alright. I just have a hard time getting past how nasty the inside of the little dinning area looks.. You have to stand inside of this tiny nasty front area or go outside and wait. They were shut down for a minute. I dont know why. But, After seeing the inside of this place, Ill never eat there again!

I orderd two of their lunch orange chicken for my roommate and myself. The driver kept calling me and saying my apartment complex didnt exist. So it took almost an hour to get our food. Today I checked my bank account and found out that they had charged me $19.40 when both of the entrees were $4.60 a piece. Ill never order from them again.

No online menu but just call and theyll help you figure out what you want. Specialize in delivery. Always on time and always hot. So hot even if you dont remember to get at it fast, the vegetables can get over cooked. Weve ordered from here several times and have always really enjoyed the food. Would definitely recommend.

The food is good. Worth every star. I ordered online and they messed up only one order giving me pork instead of chicken. Fortunately I caught the mix up before leaving the store. I double checked to see if I ordered it wrong as I still had the checkout order online. I ordered correctly so it got lost in translation.

Love this place, I love the customer service, fast delivery, I like the delivery guy but I actually did not remember his name. Hes a nice guy, very polite and gentlemen. Maybe you need to choose this Restaurant, I pretty love this, China One has a variety of great foods, I like the hot and sour soup. Try!

Poor management. Very rude people except the Hispanic gentleman at the front. Was not willing to fix my order when it was their mistake. Never going back after begin a loyal customer. Also if you still choose this place only tip the Hispanic guy in cash because if you dont they wont give him ANYTHING.

China One is actually the best tasting Chinese food, that I have ever tasted in DFW. I am from NY and have ate at the best sit-down and take-out restaurants. This one is very comparable to a good New York/ China Town take- out joint. Oh yes, the place is clean.
