I usually order from these folks because their service is normally fast and delicious. Today I ordered my food online. I didnt see that the order had to be over $12, but at the same time my order was $11.82. The restaurant called to tell me my mistake, so I said that they could add another item on the menu. I was then yelled at and told my food would not be ready for another hour. I said okay and then was hung up on. 3 hours later I called back and was told the order was never processed because it under $12. This was never stated on the phone. And Im quite upset at how I was treated on the phone. I dont think I will be ordering from here again.

I found a THUMB NAIL in my lo mien. I am so disgusted, I have no idea how this place even received an "A". Unfortunately for me, the discovery of the thumb nail was AFTER it was lodged in my two front teeth (i know you pictured it in your mind)-I know your discussed. Also the delivery man had longer nails then me (Im a female). When I called to let them know, the "manager" didnt even offer to refund me and he said his delivery driver can have long nails if he wanted to lolol Honestly F the refund, theyll need the extra money when their shut down. DISGUSTING, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

ZERO STARS! Food always takes FOREVER to arrive. No matter how far in advance you order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Below average food. However, I will say that they USED TO have really decent food and would they would deliver within 30 minutes of ordering. My mom and I ordered here for years. But in the past 2 years, theyve really went down hill. Taking an hour or more to deliver. When your food finally arrives, its only slightly warm (or cold) and dry like its been sitting out. Really not worth your time or money.

I have been a China Star customer for the past 4 years. I ordered from them almost every week. Sometimes two times a week. They already knew me and my regular order. I got use to the service guy and the kid who answer the phone. My issue is with their food which actually went downhill up to a point were I just couldnt order there anymore. The food quality needs to be improve to match other new business around The Colony. Other than that the service is pretty fast and the prices are fair. It is just that food quality thing :-)

Most horrible service on the planet. Driver accused me of giving him the wrong address. I think I know where I live buddy. Just becUse you dont understand english is not my fault. Then he throws the food at me I pay him WITHOUT a tip. Because the guy hung up on me previously after being very rude on the phone. He goes NO TIP? Like he deserved one?? Yea no tip your lucky I paid for the food that can ne discribed as mediocre at best. Someone should call the health bored to those people. They should not be in business.

Just want to put this FYI out there! I got salmonella from here and was in the hospital for about a 5 days. The CDC called me about a week after i got out of the hospital about it because there was alot of people in our area that got it and they were wanting to track down where it was coming from. NO LIE!!!!! Im not sure what came of it though.This was about 4 years ago but Im still never going back. The guy across the street got it from them too but that is not my story. So I will just leave this here.

Will never order from this place again. Placed an order for delivery and it took almost 2 hours for the driver to show up. My wife called to check on the order after an hour and the person who answered the phone was rude and basically said it would get there when it gets there. Before I could even grab the bag the driver says "no tip" so I told him since he asked I wasntgoing to give him anything. He then proceeded to walk down the stairs cursing. I will never waste my money here again.

I think that the reviews speaking ill of the employees at this location are unfounded. Whether I order online or go into the store I am always satisfied with their customer service. The food is good, but its not anything more than simple Chinese cuisine. However, I enjoy supporting my local economy and I appreciate the individuals that make their living providing me with a decent meal at reasonable prices. Would absolutely recommend to a friend in town.

AVOID IF YOURE IN AUSTIN RANCH - $25 min delivery to 3.7 miles away - their website lets me place the order though. IF YOU LIVE IN AUSTIN RANCH, YOUR MINIMUM DELIVERY IS $10 HIGHER. First review Ive ever written for a company - but literally every time I order from here theres something wrong. Either something is missing, something is wrong, takes too long. Now I have to spend another $10 just because of my neighborhood? No thanks!

Trying to help get the ratings up. This is my go to Chinese restaurant. Been using them for years. The food has always been fresh and hot, and the delivery has always been quick. I had one hiccup and it was taken care of without issue and very quickly. And for those of you who are unhappy with the ordering process and think people are rude, use the website. Its fast and easy.

Well, the food is amazing, despite the "C" grade they have received from the health inspector. Upon arriving the first thing you notice is how very small the inside is, and how... The young man answering phones and helping guests who walks in needs training, for a lack of better words. Im sure this place is busy, but he seems very rushed, and doesnt care about much at all...

Super rude!! I ordered pick up. Came in and stood at the counter for awhile. Was finally acknowledge and checked out or whatever. And then the guy like throws the bag of food at me and says nothing. No bye have a great day or anything. Forget customer service. What about human decency. First and last time ordering there.

My house is in there delivery area and on the minimum delivery order charge it says 12 dollars. I placed an order online they called me and told me for my house it was minimum $25 dollars for delivery. Just because im not right next to there restaurant they want to charge me more. Thats not a good way to keep customers!

Extremely rude staff. If you call in for delivery, if you can manage the rude kid on the other line, food isnt so bad. This place will definitely change your mood unless you know what to expect from the staff. Beware. Otherwise, its alright. Its delivery. If you want something better, go grab pei wei or something else.
