Most seating is reserved for walk ins we tried to make a reservation but they wouldnt take it. So we walked in at 6:30 and were told it was an hour wait. We waited and an hour later we were told 15 more minutes. After 25 minutes I ask the owner and GM how much longer she thought it might be . Her response was not one you would expect "I only called you 5minuites ago. " I replied no actually it was 25 and she proceeded to in my option call me a liar as she said no it wasnt its been 5 minutes. The call from her saying it would be another 15 clearly showed on my phone ,it had been 25 now going on 30. Her. Reply was well were waiting for folks to leave they have paid and when they leave we can seat you . If I did not have others with me who at this point were starving I would have just left. We finally got seated but in the end we had to take the outside seating ,even after waiting so long to seat inside it was 90 outside ,because they could not seat us inside. All this could have been avoided if they had taken a reservation . Either take reservations or dont ,but taking some and not others isnt good business. The food was very good cant take that away from the cook he deserves 5 stars but unless you are walking in with only two of you I would go somewhere else unless your not hungry, have lots of time and dont mind being called a liar. working in customer service and running my own business I would be out of business if I treated my customers this way. Even though the food was good I would not go back.

We have now made trips to this delicious local restaurant - weekend and weekday dinners as well as their weekend brunches. First, it has a welcoming, vibrant spirit as you enter the restaurant. The hostess and owner greet you warmly and if you have a reservation, seat you promptly. If you werent able to secure a reserved table, call ahead with your time and they will place you in the list with an estimated wait time. Take that time to find a seat at the bar and relax with signature cocktail or a glass of wine. Again - very vibrant, positive atmosphere. Lots of light and open space.l The food is delicious - highly recommend the small plates that can be shared by two. They space them out and it makes for some great dining. Their crab toast and panzanella salad are yummy starters. They have vegan choices as well. Their seafood dishes have fresh choices and seasonal changes. We look forward to going there every time.

We dropped in for dinner on our way home from work tonight and really enjoyed our experience. The food was awesome and the portion sizes were perfect. I was skeptical at first because i didnt know if the menu items would be substantial enough but they were and all had outstanding flavor. We loved everything we tried. The owners and staff were all so well prepared and the service was good. Our food was served quickly after we ordered and everything came out hot. Food quality is similar to 51st kitchen. All menu prices are under $26. We will be going back again!

Made a 7:30 reservation to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary...arrived at 7:20...told first available in or out sat at bar. There were two open two tops the whole time we waited. One hostess came to say a outside table was ready then it was not. Finally sat us at 8:05 and proceeded to sit until 8:20...completely ignored while a waiter helped the table next to us... we walked out and will never go back.

Im so excited to have Answer in the neighborhood. Very friendly staff, best service weve had in Nashville in quite a while, and great food and drinks. Theyre kid friendly if youre looking for a nicer family dinner, but it would also be a great spot for a date night or dinner and drinks with friends.

Dropped by here Tuesday night and caught up a friend over wine at the bar. The wine selection was good, the service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere is modern. I would have liked to sit outside on the patio if wed gotten there during the day, the sylvan park area is nice.

The perfect brunch or dinner spot. Comfortable, chic and incredibly kid friendly. Weve had brunch twice since it opened. Every menu selection has been delicious along with solid service. Cant wait to have dinner on the patio soon. A wonderful addition to the neighborhood!

Really good experience overall. Great addition to the neighborhood. Food was fantastic. Server wasnt particularly familiar with the ins and outs of the menu, though, which was the only frustration. Nonetheless, will be a regular stop.

One of the best restaurants in Nashville. Great food quality. I had bucatini pasta; it was perfectly cooked and flavors were perfect. Very nice atmosphere both if you eat inside or outside. I strongly recommend this place.

Has only been open 2 weeks and I have been twice! Excellent food-kudos to the chef for the taste pairings!So friendly and welcoming-featured cocktails are a must.Cant wait for the patio to open!
