I love Subway, but this Subway where we live is horrible, theres an employee there named Gavin, he gripes and complains, he always leaning on the top of the case with gloves on rubbing his gloves across it and then handling food, that cant be sanitary, hes was sweeping the floor last night and my husband and I were eating, he come over right where we are eating and he is sweeping, he shouldnt be sweeping around people who are eating. Its not a very good and clean environment....and to hear an employee complain about customers coming in, he needs to be reminded that those customers pay his salary, without them he wouldnt have a job.

Walked in just before 8 to short line and an "OH MY GOD ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Im the only one here and everyones leaving!" Needless to say my husband and I both didnt feel like our business was wanted. We turned around and walked out. We just moved to Chapel Hill and Subway gets a lot of our business, wanted to give this one a try. Nope. Currently in the car taking the extra ten minute drive to our usual subway on the interstate.. So much for trying new things.

There is always something wrong every time I order at this location. Today I called to speak with a manager on 11/21/16 at 4:15pm and the manager hung up on me. This is horrible customer service. I wasnt rude to her at all, simply asked why she refused my husband his food bc he didnt pay with cash. Last time I checked subway takes credit card and just bc the CC READER is down my husband should not have been turned away. Worst subway EVER.

Ive been to this location multiple times. Each time, my order is messed up or some of their equipment is broken. Ive been in and their toaster was broken, another time, the soda machine.. it goes on. Most recently, I waited 10 minutes while they tried to fix their credit card reader for them to turn around and tell me "theyre not taking credit cards right now". I had to hand over the food I just spent 15 minutes ordering.
