If I can give it negative star I would , but google dont have it. Im going to first start off by saying, I read the reviews before I went. Should have listened. Unfortunately , theres not a whole lot of options when it comes to Chinese buffet in this area without having to drive a million miles. We were a party of two, my girlfriend and I. We walk in and the hostess has her baby boy on the checkout counter. Im gonna give this place an A+ for professionalism. She barks at us, literally, and tells us to sit down at the table by pointing to it. Doesnt even give us the decency to walk us there. Food was dry, old, and all in all not great. One of the worst Chinese buffets Ive ever been to, definitely not worth the money, which was $23 for two, not including drinks because we both had waters. On this note, the waitress came to the table a total of two times, mind you there was maybe three tables filled in the whole restaurant. The owner and cook were arguing, the hostess was preoccupied with her son she brought to work, "owners wife or daughter". Save your money, dont go. P.S. if your wanting the whole Chinese music experience, you are going to the wrong place. Only Chinese buffet Ive been to that has Kim Kardashian on the television.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE PEOPLE THERE HAVE ISSUES WITH HANDICAP INDIVIDUALS. My mother recently had a hip replacement and finally able to get out and about. Today she want some chinese and when she went was treated with the lowest treatment ever because she was using a walker and needed to sit at a table instead of the booth at the way back of the place the waiter was trying to force her in. When she expressed the need to be at a table and close to Buffett she was told nothing was wrong with her and she didnt need the walker anyways....are you kidding me? When I called to talk to the owner I was hung up on twice and then the guy was denying it all. Said he told me sit wherever because they were not busy which is 1/2 the truth. They werent busy but yet treated my mom with the most disrespect and just made her feel even worse about her inability to be 100%. This restaurant does not deserve to be open!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

This past Sunday, my husband and I took 6 kids (no not all ours, and yes very well behaved!) and ourselves after church, to eat here. We were treated like absolute trash! By the owner! First off, bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and filthy. Second, we had to wait for clean plates to come out repeatedly. Thirdly, the owner comes over to bring our waters to the table and is shaking his head in disgust at us. I asked my husband if something happened when I was away from the table, and he said NO! He SLAMS our waters down, spilling half of them on the table, then says "is this enough for ALL of you?!" Then, takes our straws and throws them, not tosses, throws them at the table like we are trash. May I repeat, we had 8 people in our party, and paid for 8 buffets! Not real sure what the problem was! Needless to say we didnt tip and will never be back.

The owner (host) whoever he was kept addressing my step daughter as "girl" and I found that extremely disrespectful! The waitress didnt take our drink orders so, she comes up to the table and slams down all the drinks after naming what they were and literally threw the straws on the table. The sushi was dry, sticky and disgusting. The tuna roll actually had a piece of some type of meat with gristle and a large hunk of fat. Dont want to know what poor animal lost its life for that "tuna" roll. They charge everyone the seafood buffet price regardless of whether you have seafood or not but, keep eyeballing you and what you have on your plate. Was literally waiting on the check before the "waitress" came back and refilled only one of our drinks and it was a party of 4. Needless to say, it was a monumental waste of our time and money!

Terrible sums up my experience. I enjoy Chinese food and seafood so I was looking forward to eating at this restaurant.. The experience of the food and the service were terrible. First the food, especially the seafood was limited in variety. There were just two or three crab legs and they were cold.. I asked when they were going to replenish it and received no answer.They did refill it with only two or three. Finally, they brought a pan of crab legs. The other food was mediocre. The service was very poor. The server gave me my beverage and never came back. I found her and asked for crab legs crackers . She waved toward the kitchen. I asked three more times for this utensil and finally another server gave me one. Needless to say I will not return.

The Waitress hurried me and my mom to pay the check and she grabbed my mothers drink and put a dirty spoon in it and carried it away. My mother wanted to sit there for a few minutes to drink some more of her drink. The waitress was very rude. No Tip for her. We gave her the exact amount for our check because she wanted us to leave a tip. Its so sad she didnt get a tip. If I had a pen on me I would have wrote a note on a napkin and left it there for her as a tip. Saying if you was nicer you would have got a tip. If I could I would give them a negative rating.

was sort of unbelievable how the staff wasnt even a little bit courteous. Our waitress stared at us blankly everytime we said anything and she literally threw silverware on the table when she seated us. Then in the middle of our meal, she broughy our checks, which was no problem but then kept coming over and rushing us to pay. Im very confused the whole experience... At the end, she stood and stared as we paid, and it seemed as if she was making sure wed tip her. I am NEVER going back there, again. It was so uncomfortable.

Mediocre buffet style chinese food. Thats it. The service can be spotty and times and so can the quality of the food. It is what it is. The only reason the place is still around is because the working class bunch just want a lot of sweet, fried meats for really cheap. If you want better quality buffet food or even just more authentic chinese food go somewhere else. **Never coming here again. One of the waitresses was pushing myself and a guest to pay our bill while we were eating. Incredibly rude.

I really enjoy the food at Super China Buffet, especially their Cajun chicken, which is among the best Ive ever had. In that way, it has real potential to be a good place to eat. However, its difficult to recommend it because of the lack of cleanliness. The place looks dirty in general, with the restrooms being especially unappetizing. Management needs to close down for a couple days of painting, repair, and deep cleaning. Until that happens, Im taking Super China Buffet off my list.
